This exercise required "first and third party application fraud models and internet/online banking fraud models."

No evidence YET to link Mr Holmes and the Tax Justice Network, but according to the evidence it is more than likely a top US scientist helped with identifying trends in international banking practices, and a means of tracking it.

It would explain numerous aspects of the shooting quite clearly, as an event achieving many objectives similtaneously.

Father's ties are solid (linkedin, universities, etc) and his speciality as i showed above financial fraud tracking, related to a recent news story, quite an important one.

No one is denying people died and many more got seriously injured. Perhaps you need to pay attention.

This is not an easy case like some idiot just thought up all by himself to go out one night and shoot people just for the sake of it. Nor is there any motive in this case. The shooter simply can't remember and no one can identify him as the shooter in the first place. It's all circumstancial and the Media is filling people's heads with BS and made up stories because thats what sells papers.

this entire incident smacks of elitists.
my scenario:
a shooter (aka hired hitman) went into a side door - started shooting - escaped through another door to a waiting vehicle.
James H. was placed onto the scene in the same gear - drugged and dazed - now he's guilty...
