He doesnt stand a chance guys, hes going to fry and he knows it. The fact he rigged his apartment up like he did and then told the cops when they arrested him shuts the amnesia case down. Plus the notebook and apartment setup makes it premeditated. Heck just the apartment is enough to put him away for life I would bet. The insanity thing is not easy to do, he must prove he totally cant function at all like a normal person, too much about how smart he is and everything that he was doing before this happened. He will die for this as he should, but he will waste some time and tax payer money getting there.

The MSM reports he was on anti-depressants prior to his killing spree; isn't it possible the reason he looked so odd in court is because he was detoxing from big pharma?

I was given '___' a good time back now... I know it can really mess with your mind and reality.... you dont know who you are or what you are.... I actually remember crawling about on the floor as if i was in the army or something..moving about without making noise.... i ran outside early hours of the morning, jumped onto the back of a milk-cart which was driving by.... jumped off at end of road then I got up onto a wall.... after that I remember walking on a roof of a house.... weird stuff and dangerous #....

BTW... I didn't know what this drug was.... i was given it by someone I knew back then.... I was depressed at the time so it wasn't really a great thing for someone to give me....

You don't detox from anti-depressants.

Plus most stay in your system anywhere from a few days to a week.

Don't forget the 'gutteral' speech' [/url]- which is a sign of psychosis or demonic infestation.

Really?

Demonic infestation?

How bout they do a live polygraph test or have one with a defense investigative polygraph expert along with the police stations special tester or prosecutions expert. That way it limits to an extent the doubt in everyones minds if positive that hes the killer.

I do have to say that the amount of coverage is beyond out of control. This is hurting the credibility of this case because MSM interviews anybody even when they have no actual input to the case. They interviewed a person from a local gas station saying he bought a candy bar and a coke but could tell something wasn't right about him. It's pathetic.

I also cannot stand the fact that there is footage from cameras readily available and yet we will never get to see them. Thats when you know something isn't right, just like the footage from the pentagon. Give me the polygraph by 3 separate experts (prosecution, defender, independent) and i'll take that as everything else is so messed up the truth could be sitting on the table in front of you and you would never see it!

God Bless the souls that were taken or injured!

Holmes did NOT rig his own crib; he does'nt have the know how of specialised Seals or certain foreign entities that are highly experienced in this type of rigging.

And that notebook was clearly planted. You prove Holmes did in fact send it and I'll believe you.

Yes really. Demonic influence.

Grow up. Just because you turn a blind eye to the metaphysical doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

That notebook was planted and I do not believe James Holmes was a drug addict going by what some of his friends are already saying. Right up until days before this all happened, he was a normal guy doing what normal guys do of his generation.

His friends are saying that? I thought he DIDN'T HAVE ANY FRIENDS...

A polygraph is not excepted in court. They only need one of afew handful of polygraph experts in the USA, Dr Phil has one, so does the FBI. However, if results determined Holmes is truthful, most Americans won't believe it or don't want to believe it. They want Holmes to pay and they don't care how.

with all of the "sciences" he was studying that had to do with the human mind, maybe he "snapped out of it" when he left the theater. That would explain why he doesn't remember what he just did but did remember that he had booby-trapped his apartment and didn't want anyone else to get hurt so he told police.

Just because you turn a blind eye to the santa claus doesn't mean he doesn't exist.
Try and stick to reasonable explanations.

Have a look at this when you have some free time:

Is demonic possession really that much more far fetched than a psyop or MKULTRA? I think we should be looking at it from all angles, otherwise we're just like the MSM. The truth is always stranger than fiction, my friend.

Oh, wait. You don't believe in God and so no kind of demonic spirits/entities can possibly exist in our realm, or any other.

Or maybe he stumbled across something ........ or was invited to something he couldnt refuse , and refused ...... c`mon ..... his father is part of the cabal for crying out loud

He lived with TWO OTHER PEOPLE ....... the flat .... rigged ?
did you see the "controlled explosion" ?
It looked like they put a breaching charge on his door ...... seriously , the explosion was WEEEAAAK.

they DID however , make a point of showing his "soldiers of misfortune" poster .......
..... dont you just love the media , they arent trying to control you or your opinion at all , that`s why they have the only channels that broadcast 24/7

Does anybody else find it convenient that he mailed a "notebook" with his plans to carry out this massacre to a psychiatrist and it sat, unopened for a week? How convenient, a nice, tidy confession with all of the gory details. Case closed, move on.

He is a psycopath. An intelligent one at that.

'___' does not make you plan a spree killing over the course of many months.

Serious mental disorders can.

The cell call cannot be tracked, well... because there was no call, it was Holmes pretending to take a call so he'd have a reason to step outside.

Why did he surrender to police at his car? Well probably after running out of ammo he returned to his car and was confronted by alot of police with AR's aimed at him. His survival instincts trumped his psychosis and he surrendered.

Why did he tell police about the booby trapped apartment. Who cares, the guy just open fired on a movie theater of innocent peoplem, you cannot make sense of what these people do.

I love a good story, but this was not an assassination of an important figure (not being mean to the friends and family of those that died, just saying this guy doesn't deserve anymore attention, cause that's what these people want attention). This is nothing like Sirhan killing RFK. The movie theater was not filled with armed secret service agents being paid to stop this sort of thing. This guy is the same as the columbine killers and every other serial killer, spree killer out there. I just don't find it all that unbelievable that this idiot did exactly what sources from inside and outside (police) the theater are saying.

and yes jail food sucks, many people get sick when they go to jail, there are alot of sickly people in jail and you stay in close proximity to them 24/7 in confined spaces.

Falling asleep in court isnot that strange unless you are out on bail which Holmes isn't. You can't get a good nights sleep for the first few weeks in jail, until you get settled in. Court days are long. They wake you at 5 am, count you, shackle you, bus you to the court you arrive at like 7am and you sit in a big cell(ballpen) with about 50 other guys, waiting to be called with nothing to eat all day but a cheese sandwich and a kindergarten size milk. Sometimes you won't get called till 5pm. This is how most all counties keep their conviction rates so high. People just wan't to take the first deal they are offered because going to court is a terrible experience (they call it ballpen therapy) where I'm from. Court is boring enough even with a good nights rest and a big meal, so getting drowsy in court , yes even for your own case doesn't suprise me at all.

I just haven't seen anything that supports anything other than a lone gunman going on a psycho spree killing rampage.

Going by many on this thread.......

OMG, I can only assume what the jury on this case is going to look like! The Prosecution will see to it none are even remotely educated!
