According to one witness, the shooting occurred during the Gangster Squad trailer. And according to the OP's witness, during the opening credits. While this may seem like a small detail, it's not. It's very important to pinpoint the exact time.

Could you please link to this witnesses statement? I have not heard this at all. I've heard reference to the weird fact that a trailer played before the movie with the scene of a theatre being shot up, but the witness statement I read in the news articles stated that he left about 10 minutes after everything started (whether that was the trailers or the actual movie was not clear) and did not return for ABOUT AN HOUR.

So I'm just wondering if you have a link, because I want to read all accounts. Thank you in advance.

And I would very much appreciate if you could provide a source to that too thanks.

Ok, sigh....more youtube searching. I'll have to dig it up again somewhere but a guy said the shooting happened during an action scene.

It is, of course, possible that when the shooter went out the side door he used something, such as his jacket thrown over the top of the door, to keep the door from locking behind him and so he could re-enter using the same door. It appears that the shooter hid his arsenal near the side door, entered the theater without weapons and then ducked briefly out the side door once the theater was dark to retrieve his munitions. This he could have done entirely by himself.

As for the cell phone, he might not have gotten a call but might have used it in the dark to check the time or make sure that the phone could be used as a simple flashlight. If he did get a call, it is entirely possible that it had nothing to do with the shooting.

Yeah, no problem, I'm already looking because I fully intended reciprocity. That and it is of value to have the two different accounts linked close together in one thread.

What time did the movie start? I thought it was about 11:30 or just before 12 right? The shooting didn't occur until 1:30 a.m or there abouts?

It is of course possible that you are citing a theory which has been proposed at least 20 times in this thread alone.

Ok, I may be wrong. Glad you asked me to clear it up because I found a more specific interview with Ramos.

I nterview

He said everyone is getting confused as to when the shooting happened. He states the "action scene" from the Gangster movie was already long past. So who knows?? We still need to find out what happened to the "cell guy" Did he return to his seat?

I specifically remember watching an interview early on with a young lady with short dark hair saying the gunman started shooting during the movie...a boring scene with Morgan Freeman speaking To Bruce Wayne

Okay, no problem and thank you for looking. I'm still going to try to find the article I'm referencing. Thanks again.

i thought cell phone records can be traced.

if what this person said is true. its only a matter of days before the person that received the call will be captured.

their identity will be plastered all over MSM by tomorrow morning; if the conspiracy is real.

Yes, exactly, that is the KEY question. If he left the cinema after the phone call it's probably fairly safe to assume it was one in the same guy. If he returned to his seat however, then it doesn't matter how much time elapsed between the phone call and the shooting, because it was not the same guy, and the accomplice was waiting in the cinema for his friend to bust in with a gun. I've also been hearing rumors that the gunman specifically avoided shooting anywhere near the front rows, which could indicate he was aware of his friend being in the front row. It's also interesting to note that Date claims he has no idea how he was so lucky as to avoid being shot, when he was right up the front in the second row, very close to the shooter. Remember that he also said he was right behind the "cell guy".

Hey, I haven't found mine yet, but I did find yours!

www.wkyc.com...

It says just what you said. Left during credits came back in as soon as movie started. I'll continue to look for mine.

Unless of course it was an agent with a burner.

If you haven't watched it yet, their movie was scheduled to start at 12:05. (trailers) I'm still digging up another video where the witness claims different than Chris Ramos' interview.

Close, but there's a different one. The guy was heavy set, white, unshaven, and visibly emotional. Someone he knew died. In the middle of the interview he describes the scene he was watching

We definitely need some accutate time references here.
Isn't there a record of when the shooting started?
Supposedly during an action scene in the movie......so when/what time was that?

I think there were 3 guys involved.
1 the guy who took the phone call, and opened the door.
2 they guy already dressed who came in and did the shooting, then left with guy #1 driving the get-away car,
and 3. Holmes the patsy who sits in his car and waits like they told him to. But then maybe he was supposed to go home and get blown up, as #1 & 2 did the rigging, but Holmes was on to it.

I noticed on the pics of the back door, it looks lke bloody tracks there? Did victims come out that door too?
And I see he dropped his AK there too.

if that's the case then, as far as most people are concerned, it was a lone gunman.

only an idiot would allow themselves to get caught up in such an impossible scenario to prove. a burner phone means there was no phone.

besides...opening the exit door at the movie is easy to open from outside. its not a feat of strength; especially for someone who has decided to shoot a bunch of strangers.

if you want to speculate...why didn't the perpetrator of these crimes randomly toss explosive devices first before shooting? he'd have been more effective at killing.

the cops aren't going on any wild goose chases.

I have a couple questions, one of which has been brought up in another thread.

1: Fire exit doors are one way. We know that. However, they are also tied in to the fire system of the entire building complex. If 1 fire door opens, the fire alarm goes off, building wide. Why didn't that happen? If you question the validity of this statement, I implore you to go try it. I've done it a couple times by accident, one I specifically remember in a Dennys. I opened the door, and a deafening siren went off that startled the entire restaurant.

2: In questioning whether or not James actually pulled the trigger, wouldn't it be common police procedure to test his person and effects for gun powder residue? Surely someone who injured 72 people will have some dust on his arms, hands, clothing. Also, surely he would be blood spatter patterns on him, as I've read the shooter took at least 2 lives via point blank handgun shots.
