Well my thoughts are if he indeed did rig the place he would of left through a window, as the ATF used a window to view inside the apartment, so he may of just climbed out and closed the window.

Under Article 6, Section 2 of the United States Constitution, they reason -- to the extent that reason's involved -- a treaty possesses equal authority to any American law, including the Constitution itself.

They won't come out right away and try to take your firearms, it will be a slow progession, just watch and see if the UN small arms treaty passes next week.

it may be easy to fake, but it will be hard to pass as truth with the way people scrutinize photo and video now'days. we live in a society where cameras are EVERYWHERE. if he went to the movies that night he is on tape. show us!

I still don't understand how your original post was a cogent response to mine...My only point was that
these two shootings can be used to garner support for gun control in America, and by extension
support for Obama to sign the UN Arms Treaty (I already know the contents of the Arms Treaty).
Nobody will be coming to take my guns. What can happen is what IS happening--a slow erosion
of the right to keep and bear arms. Legislation on assault rifles, extended clips, concealed carry,
municipalities legislating gun bans, etc.,

I agree with the sentiment of the founding fathers in the creation the second amendment.
Their only mistake IMO is in these words of the first sentence "...A welll regulated militia being
being necessary to the security of a free state..."

That should have left that qualifier completely out....the sentence should simply have read...

"The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."....period

hard to say on the conspiracy or whether the guy just snapped for some reason. i suppose many may miss the largest and most insidious problem with this and many other cases and that's this. our system of society and government has gotten to the absolute point where you and i and every other citizen will never know what happened here.

that should be an equally dangerous thing for freedom and our future. our society has become so twisted and dark that we the people are in grave danger of this type of event becoming more frequent along with many other types of events we will not be told the truth on. all we will know for certain is how much the quality of our lives is diminishing and how our rights are deteriorating, unfortunately that will be our only truth.

Carrying a small side arm is good. I practice with about 400 rounds a week.

Glock G26 Sub-Compact is my concealed weapon of choice. Of course with a couple of modifications. Made the trigger a little heavier for safety reasons , hard laser , night sights , extended grip and extended mag ,fits nicely inside my waist belt , and i carry an extra mag inside a cargo space in the custom holster.

Very nice... I have the G22 at home in my dresser, but I carry the SW bodyguard 380 with the build in insight laser. Who knows what would happen, but I have 28 years of military training and I'm use to a gun fight type situation, so if I was there and not one of the first to be picked off it might have been a different outcome, but with NO ONE carrying we know the outcome to that...

1. I didn't see any of it with my own eyes in person and therefore, I don't discount anything.

2. If it was the real deal, of course I have compassion for them. But here's the thing. I don't know these people.

3. This is a conspiracy forum. This is what this place is for. What I and others are doing here is just speculation. We are not doing anything here we aren't supposed to do. If you want to post messages of grief expressing your heartfelt condolences, I'm sure there's a place for it somewhere on this internet.

This is exactly what I was getting at in one of my earlier posts. The average schmuck sitting at home watching this through the TV or reading articles about it online might as well be watching a fictional movie or reading a novel. There is almost no way to verify the absolute accuracy of everything we are being shown and told. You could probably find things like the alleged shooter's records and so forth if you went digging through public records but that's about it. It doesn't necessarily come anywhere close to telling you "They're being completely honest about this".

Perfectly stated. I would question the motives of anyone who could argue with this. The only thing I would add is that we were never really able to verify this kind of thing in the first place unless we saw it happen in person. It might have even been a lot harder for a skeptic to know what to believe, for example, when Lincoln was shot.

I know this has been touched upon, and I realize we don't have all the facts, so these questions/comments are based upon speculation, but here goes:

1) When was the last time anyone of us saw someone go through the emergency door in a movie theater?
2) Do emergency doors trigger an alarm?
3) If you were in a dark midnight showing of a highly anticipated movie, would you not be pissed if someone opened a door to the outside and left it open? How much light/noise came though the door? (most people will be made at a cell ringing)
4) How long was the door open? Why did no one shut it?
5) How long does it take for a person to get geared up head to toe in all of this gear?
6) Where can you buy tear gas legally?

I was at a noon screening of DKR and someone actually left out the emergency door at the front of the theater during the down time before the film. I'm assuming it was for a quick cigarette, as he had a pack of smokes and a lighter in his hand.

I was at a mall theater, so the exit would have lead to the side of the mall parking lot area, not some odd back alley.

No alarm went off, and it's not uncommon for people around here (WA state) that people actually exit through these front doors when movies end. Beats trying to fight the wave of bodies exiting through the single entrance.



I still want to know why there was no security on sight for a midnight release of a film of this magnitude! At the theaters I attend here, there are ALWAYS police located at the front of the Theater standing by the door or their squad cars, as well as a couple wandering around the inside. We have the same type of theaters as the one from the shooting, and I'm curious still as to if this is simply an Olympia, WA occurance or something this type of theater considers protocol. IF it is indeed protocol, why was security called off? I have no way of finding out whether or not police being stationed outside the theater is action taken by the city or the theater company itself. I don't feel like making the phone call, because that would seem very strange given the circumstances!

I have always gone through the emergency doors to leave where I go to the movies, but they don't have alarms on them. They are locked from the outside, but anyone can leave through them.

thanks for that. I have not seen it and I guess I was under the impression that it is an emergency door for a reason. Perhaps this is simply an urban myth that there are alarms set off when they are opened. Have you ever seen it during a movie, when the theater is dark? In my experience, people would be pissed if that happened.
