For what it's worth the military and cops do use paintball and airsoft type equipment for force on force training.
The whole idea is being able to shoot while avoiding getting shot.
Granted, a real gun does feel very different from some off the shelf paintball or airsoft equipment but for some extra cash (a lot of extra cash) you can get Simunition equipment.
It's better than simply punching holes in paper and a lot safer than shooting real guns at each other.
Like i said, YES they do , and we did, but we also did it in conjuction with live fire exercises........it wasnt fun on the paintball range.......
The training is vastly different the being out doing paintball, with no sense of consequences........the drills are designed to be true to life........
Not "oh man im out"
The training makes the difference........
Tear gas, formally known as a lachrymatory agent or lachrymator (from lacrima meaning "tear" in Latin), is a non-lethal chemical weapon that stimulates the corneal nerves in the eyes to cause tears, pain, and even blindness. Common lachrymators include OC, CS, CR, CN (phenyacyl chloride), nonivamide, bromoacetone, xylyl bromide and syn-propanethial-S-oxide (from onions).

Okay, I found the answer.

The only places in Colorado that you can't carry a concealed weapon (with a permit) are areas prohibited by FEDERAL LAW. That would be your court houses, airports....not movie theatres. So all you would be violating would be the company policy. They could kick you out if they realized you had it, but big damned deal. In this case, you might have been kicked out in time to not be shot in the face.

Just confirmed: TEN dead
this is just... horrible. Can't even watch a movie without worrying about getting shot up.
Horrible/tragic story for sure.
I do hope that before people applaud the forfeiting of more of their rights in response to this "domestic terrorism", they consider math first.
This was 10 people dead. A horrible loss no doubt -- I'm not downplaying it.
Are you sure it's 10.....and not 11? I mean, it was in theater 9. And, the last report i got...was 12. So, you got a report saying 10 dead, i see the report saying 12 dead. Hmmmmmm....what number goes in between 10 and 12???? hahahahahah
Also....that gunman had some pretty bad aim. He ONLY killed 10 - 12 people....in a packed movie theatre???
Maybe, Theater 9 was having it's own stage play. Hey, ya never know, and we shouldn't be so gullable to believe everything we see. Not all that glitters is gold....and i wouldn't put it past TPTB to stage something like this. Not during these crazy times. Desperate times calls for desperate measures....and our government, is getting pretty desperate.
My mother in law helped pull 12 dead bodies out of the theatre, your hope for 11 to tie this to the illuminiati will have to wait.
Unless the EMTs that declaired the 12 dead were lying to my mom; 12 died.
3 more are in critical condition so the number could end up at 15.
