--What about those 'two roommates' he allegedly had that have now disappeared?

-- Did Homes while in custody asked for the "Naval rep?"

--The DoD said he wasn't in the military, but that doesn' mean he didn't see a military recruiter at one point, like most of the other young mass ragers of late.

--"..the news networks are saying one of the guns were hidden in the movie theatre" was what someone in this thread reported early on. More evidence of a second suspect?

--"The police dispatcher just said they are getting calls about incidents that might be related at other theaters. just asked for englewood police and wanted a private channel to not air it."
What about all these secret transmissions? This all sounds like they had this contingency planned out. It certainly bespeaks of a police department that was more concerned with keeping secrets than they were with rescuing victims.

Ah, gotcha. Yes, super creepy. I have always seen him as more under his own control though. This Holmes fellow just looks like someone doing a really, really terrible acting job. In that set of 6 images from the court room, the expressions on his face are of middle school play in the auditorium caliber. Shot #2 just looks so, so, so terribly fake.


PS: Regarding the other witness interviews; Is it strange that every single one of them is fully clothed? Far as I understand, when you are exposed to tear gas you need to strip down to butt naked and get hosed and scrubbed down. No? And if you really breathed a lot of it, wouldn't you at least be getting checked out by a doctor?

I posted this earlier today but it was in one of the smaller threads so I wanted to post this here. I have a lot of issues with the discrepancies relating to this incident, but the main thing I just cannot figure out is this...

At 3:07 officer states they have a party shot in a white Kia. Was he referring to Holmes? Or at least Holmes' vehicle? The car does show a broken passenger side window.

But here's what REALLY bothers me, at 3:38 request for a marked car behind the theater because there is a suspect in a gas mask. At 3:53 officer asks if "that's the dude in the white car you're by?" There is no answer but we can presume yes, since the news reported he was arrested at his vehicle.

* If James Holmes was in his car wearing a gas mask then how did another gas mask end up all the way over by theater 8????
* Did he have more than one mask??
* Was it someone else's mask??
* HOW could he have been arrested with a mask on when his mask marked as evidence is really far away from his car???

I'm stumped on this one, I can't even rationalize an answer that fits with the official story.

I know nothing about it, never been exposed, but some basic Googling for "tear gas exposure protocol treatment" showed that kind of info. Basically, everything I've found says to the effect of "if you are exposed to tear gas, you need to disrobe completely and get scrubbed down with soap and water. get it out of your eyes, get it off your skin, get it off your clothes." apparently it dries to a very fine powder and just gets in and on everything. there are professional industrial cleaning services that specialize in post-tear gas cleanup.

Seems at least one of these people would have gotten the itch to change clothes, go home, have a bath, see a doctor. The witnesses and their videos are what trouble me the most so far. So many sloppy mistakes.

If what you say is true then I have to assume this is not a false flag attack but a staged event meaning actors & actresses. So how come people died? One ATS member alleges he/she knows the father of a young girl killed at the theatre and I have to take that at face value for now.......at least until someone is prepared to go check out the morgue or look inside some coffins for dead bodies at funeral homes.

I'm trying to figure out if this is all a test to see how we respond (staged event) or very real people did die.

Real people died, I THINK that we cannot dispute that yet...but for some reason the witnesses seem fake.

So the question is, where are the real people that survived...what will the people in the hospital have to say?

too much misinformation due to too many news sites trying to put their own spin on it.

the roommates... i don't think there were any. that was the initial suspicion due to looking up the records which show people who live at certain addresses. that is usually not updated so they thought he had 2 other people there but there were no roommates.

as for the military... his GRANDFATHER was in the military. not him. more misinformation.

incidents at other theaters? of course people are going to be at peak paranoia. that always happens.

Please forgive me if I seem insensitive because it's not my goal, far from it!

If there are major issues with eye witness stories and the survivors in hospitals are not talking then how do we really know people were killed and were they killed in the movie threatre?

I am yet to come to grips as to how such small children were in that theatre at midnight? What the hell were they doing out so bloody late? It's just unheard of in my neck of the woods. Yeah, we know teens hang on the streets late at night which is bad enough, but babies and small children?

Is it possible the witnesses testimony in question because they appeared to be mostly bogan, black or whatever? Sounds harsh but I wonder.......

Have any of the injured talked at all to media?
