This 6-year-old, incredibly brave angel, asks Israeli soldiers why they are making trouble in her village.
At 2:35 a shot goes off and this angel freezes for a sec in fear before she continues to demand an answer. I take no sides here. I am just in awe,
seeing such great courage in a child. What do you think?

I think she screams, "who is right and who is wrong?" at a certain stage and later "why are you laughing at me?"
Can anybody else hear that?

I think that little girl has a lot of heart and more than a little courage for the age. Maybe her generation will get it right....Everyone up to now
has sure blown it. Maybe hers gets a chance and that is what'll come out of this thing that is happening now.
In that part of the world you never know, but I can't imagine there was too much danger or the parents would not have allowed her to go confront a
group of soldiers. People and press milling around... it didn't seem particularly scary at least in the moments that were recorded. I wish there was a
little more context to frame this....
With that said, I think she should be applauded for having convictions of any kind at that age. Yes she is courageous, but I was still surprised by
what she had to say. I have a six year old girl myself, and she cries at, well pretty much everything, this could serve as an inspiration to her to
stand up for what she believes in.
Great Post, Thank You.

It looks like the soldiers are just minding their own business and not doing anything. Notice the headband with the colors? She was set out to do that
by her parents. Shame on them.
Anything to bash Israeli soldiers.
Excuse me, those dirty rotten Zionist soldiers. HOW DARE THEY THREATEN A PALeSTIAN GIRL!
Why those rotten people dare hurt a little girl and not answer her questions?
WHAT ARE THEY DOING IN THAT VILLAGE! Harassing and terrorizing innocent Palestinian people?
easy there buddy. No one spoke about zionism here. Only about a brave little girl speaking about her convictions in front of big soldiers with even
bigger guns. I can assure you this tiny being shows far more courage than some of the "fearless" keyboard warriors on ATS (grins)

Perhaps. But she seems very headstrong and determined. I have watched the video three times (which is unlike me) and I cannot get her voice out of my
head. I am not religious in any way but if an angel were to visit earth trying to talk sense to people of violence, I could Imagine something like
this LOL

I get you. Its hard to watch without becoming emotionally invested. Its a little girl yelling at men with guns. Just seems rather contrived.
Suspicious number of cameras, speaking English and the head band. The whole area is a mess and its sad to think about how the girl is probably
living. Something about the video gave me the creeps.
Of course this was a set up. We don't think cameras just hang out at every single checkpoint across the West Bank do we? It doesn't lower my respect
for the girl though. She was still out there by herself and she's grown up in a place where people really do get beaten for this and less, some times
and not just by Israelis. She sure would know by then that her age is no defense whatsoever if an Israeli Soldier got pissed enough and those cameras
could always be broken if it went that way.
All that...probably crossed her mind or some versions of it. Yeah, she's a brave kid, regardless of what inspired the outburst.
I agree with that. I wouldnt want to walk up on a group of armed men and start yelling especially not the kind that can come back and make trouble
when the cameras go away. I wouldnt let my child do that though. Just seems wrong to me.
Just found out it was taken on the west bank which much explains her head band and the soldiers and the other ppl. Perhaps something happened and she
left her house and confronted the soldiers in frustration over things and life in general. It must be hard on a little child being alien to the
concepts of country, politics and other agendas the grown ups around her might have and be forced to see pain every day without getting a real answer
from anybody causing this. Of course she is curious. Once determined children are indeed courageous beyond belief.
As you see she really is fearless because she seems driven to get an answer as she yells "who is right and who is wrong".
I dont give the head band too much importance. Children love to wear headbands all over the world. Especially at that age. Saw a bunch of them on a
recent visit to Japan.
In a way she represents the new generation on this planet. Little but wise and hoping for a future beyond conflicts and wars. If we loose this
generation to warlike minds we loos the planet as such I am afraid.
Unforgettable vid indeed.

What language would we expect her to be speaking and expect Israeli Soldiers to understand? I know they are bilingual but is that 100% and universal?
The Palestinians sure aren't teaching their children Israel's actual language. (imagines a room in the 'Ol Madrasa going over their
Hebrew......Nawww...)
You might think so friend. I do not. Do you hear a shot go off at 2:35? The girl jumps in fear, but is determined to have her answer, so she
stubbornly follow the soldiers around, taunting them for an answer with her sweet voice.
I know grown men whom would have soiled their pants if a shot went off from a group of cops in NYC and run home to "mama" crying
That is not something you teach a child. That is pure courage.

##snipped## She's a menace. Bandana around the head. Yelling at Soldiers. Next she'll be throwing rocks and strapping a bomb to her chest. This sort
of behaviour starts young.
But yes .. It's totally staged.
