No. But I am now interested in this as I have never heard of it before.

OP, firstable, congratulations for your thread. It was well written and informative.

Well, do you still have the SP? I don't know if or how deep you are familiarized with OBE's or Projectiology and Conscientiology. My knowledge of those disciplines is relatively limited, despite of some years of research and practices in the fields of Yoga, Meditation, Astral Projection, Lucid Dreaming etc., but i think at least part of what one can read in your post, has very clear indications of what is technically called "Vibrational State", which is a condition that, so to say, prepares and "precedes" the disassociation or out coming of the so called "Astral Body" (also: Etheric Body, Psychosoma, Second Body, etc.).

In short, one could say that during this process a movimentation of energies takes place (normally in bipolar directions), resulting on the densification of the magnetic field which circumscribes your physical body (which some call "aura"), giving the sensation of paralysis "in" the physical. During this stage, if you just relax and manifest a deep wish to leave the physical body and "float", trying to keep the emotional profusion in which you might be sunken under control, you'll probably get a disassociation of the astral body. But the important note here is, that already in this state, specially if you have some natural mediunic or sensitive dispositions, you can have "contact" (visions, feelings, thoughts...) with phenomena or "entities" (i'd simply say consciences) that belong to this plane of experience.

Thus, for the sake of supposition, i would say that you have entered into contact with this plane of reality through the projection of conscience during the vibrational state, given some sort of natural disposition in you, maybe even trigged or facilitated by your health condition then, and have observed the presence of such "extra corporeal consciences" (as the Brazilian researcher Pf. Waldo Vieira names them). Whether they're "aliens" or not, it is rather a sensible question, since nothing guarantees at least some of them are not (at least in a sense, for some researches in both fields, ufology and astral travel, say most of the abductions and such experiences involving UFO's occur in the astral plane or come from an intersection with other dimensions), though it would be normal to think that the most of them were actually inter-dimensional consciences not necessarily originated in other orbs of the universe.

Here you have some info about the vibrational state and astral projection:

www.youtube.com...

www.youtube.com...

Plus some topics on the subject in general:

en.wikipedia.org...

As you practice meditation yourself it will be very clarifying for you, i believe.

If you need any more infos on this, just say it!

Greetings.

I unarguably agree with you about the Golden Nap.
I have dealt with these sleep issues for 30 years, but still incapable of distinguishing between what is real and what is not. I have made the decision to believe it is my mind playing tricks on me. If any of these hallucinatory visions are real, I am going to get an elephant gun and tons of ammo to shoot that tyrannosaurus that tries to eat me every other month! My wife saw me with my knees on the floor and head on the bed last Tuesday and got me up to get back on the bed. I was embarrassed and told her I was praying.....I was really trying to hide from the dinosaur!

True or not ( and it is not for me to say) it was a fascinating story, one which I read the entirety of, and that is a rare thing for me with some of the stories on ATS. I do not really have any insight or wisdom for you, other than to keep up the good fight as it were. You have seemed to come through it well enough, and congratulations on the remission! I've never personally experienced anything like this, at least to my knowledge. When I was a kid, my mother told me a story that one time when I was a baby, like 8mos or so old, that her and my grandmother came into my room and saw "something" over my crib and that they "rebuked" it. My grandmother was a staunch church lady and from her perspective it was immediately a "demon".

I have no memory of this, and I was told about it only the one time because I happened to walk in while they were talking about it. I was a smart kid and knew it was something about me and my mother did not have secrets about me. Having said that, it was the one and only time I ever heard about it, and any attempts to get either of them to talk to me about it were met with " it's not something to worry about". Now as an adult I am unable to ask them again as they have both gone to their next life and were the only two "witnesses", as far as the rest of my life, I have had some hinky experiences in my life, but I chalk that up mostly to be far to inquisitive for my own good about a great many things in the world we don't understand lol

Interesting post, i also used too fight for the wall side with my brother! I used too be poking around forums at a young age looking at aliens and such, scared the hell out of me. Still does!

I used too be scared of what happened too you, thinking it would happen too me every night! Must be so weird too see and feel the presence of an Alien or Extra-Dimensional being! A part of me wants it too happen, but the fear from my childhood is still there, I don't think i could handle it

Anyway, Good post hope too see more like it! Maybe more about your cancer and the miracles that happened that you mentioned?

Thanks for your informative post..even if I do not understand all the terminology. I definitely know what this vibrational state is all about. I can enter this state almost effortlessly at will most of the time. I have also had what I believe to be genuine astral projections a couple of times.

I have also mentioned that sometimes I hear voices speaking to me in this sleep paralysis/ vibrational state. I have had some fascinating conversations to say the least. On one or two occasions this voice has also expressed its interest in getting me out of the body.

I have read Albert Taylor and Robert Monroe to start and I exhibit many classic signs of the vibrational state and astral projection. It is, however, not something I wish to pursue and explore further. Regardless, it sometimes happens spontaneously whether I want it to or not haha.

Could this be that if they are derived from insects that they just do not have feelings like we do? Perhaps more creatures of pure logic rather than emotion, this would explain their lack of caring/empathy even though they are supposed to be 'superior' beings to us. Then again, our scientists have emotions and they treat animals in a lab in the same way!

I have thought and thought about it over the years. I have to concede that just because we have emotions, it certainly does not mean that they have them like we do. Maybe they do have emotions, but it is only for each other or something. The way one of our scientists may feel very strongly about something happening to their own child, but not relating that to how an animal might feel about what is being done to them. I feel it comes down to what each being feels the other being is "worth", in a way.

I guess I equate "superior" to mean that they are superior in every way, when obviously they are not. Maybe I am expecting too much from them - I don't know. I just know I didn't ask for any of this crap, and if I had the chance to communicate with another being, I sure as heck wouldn't try and be so mysterious and weird about it. I'd try to go out of my way to let them know I was not there to hurt or scare them. I would try and take a little time to communicate with them - and perhaps even learn something from them.

I think they are jerks. I am jealous whenever I hear about someone who has had friendly, or even unfriendly, communication with them. Not fair.

I mentioned how I was treated for cancer out of state, right? There was a mileage sign on the interstate highway..444 miles to my hometown. I always loved that number ever since because it meant I was going home.

Now I see both 11:11 and 4:44 everywhere! all the time! I don't know with certainty what it means either. I have heard many say that it is a wake-up call for spiritually aware people. A wake up call for what? I wish I knew

For me reoccuring numbers are like postit notes. What I mean by this is that numbers are shown to me as reminders
.
E.G: 343, I am a professional firefighter. This is the number of firefighters who died at the World Trade Centers on 9-11. It is my reminder of how innocent good people (this includes everyone on 9-11) are purposely murdered for the sake of evil. On a positive side it reminds me that I have been given a duty and privilege to help others.

213, My son's birthday. 213 gives me a feeling of love and purpose and reminds of one of the many reasons I'm here on this planet.

Other numbers will come and go, staying a constant for a period of time, until they show their intended purpose and are no longer pertainent. This progression has been a part of my life for as long as I can recall. I am 52 y/o.

I have really enjoyed your posts and the overwhelming positive responses
I have personally been uplifted by your story. I have found common ground on many of the responses.
Your drummer friend from Scotland and a few others (the one who avatar is holding the funny looking Egyptian baby) are very profound. (sorry I cant remember their names:duh

The signifigance of light as a protector and symbol of knowledge, love and strength, In my life, is very significant. Not having fear in the presence of "spirits", or evil entities is how I have denied "them" a power source or inroad persay. Bullys dont like people who are not intimidated. They run from people who call them out and laugh at their puny "parlor games" ( one of my favorite phrases to say out loud at the right moment). Granted I have not had your experiences!
Mine are more on the line of well placed thumps, bumps, out of place dark areas, cold spaces, negative spaces, what I call "looming dread" accompanied by flashes of premonitions/or insights.
Some "spirits" are benevolent some are dark. The good ones are welcome to share my space, the not so good ones get "the treatment" and have not given me any lasting concern. (I say "live and let live, even if one of us is in the after life" I think humor carries over into the next phase of our existence as do other emotions.

To wrap it all up, Thank you for your contribution! You and many of the others on this forum have added to a positive and peaceful world!

I live in the light of peace and love and wish you the same!

Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to, once again, cyberbabble!

o.O

Is that a ploy to compromise you and kill you and feed on your soul?

Most life eats other life for physical materials. But does anything eat intelligence? Machines do physical labor. Computers do mental labor. Physical and mental forces are both fundamental powers. But can mental forces power a living thing in the same way that physical forces do?

Sorry. Lol! The way you wrote that gave me the creeps.

I concede that many times sleep paralysis is just a waste of time. But that's when it catches us unawares and when the fear is too great to handle.

May I offer the simple suggestion that you just patiently observe everything you experience with the narcolepsy? Pay close attention to every detail you can--the sounds, the smells, the visions, and the emotions as well. Pay careful attention to every step of the sleep process. Observe as you become tired and enter the alpha stage. Stay aware and awake as you transition from alpha to sleeping. As a narcoleptic, you probably begin the REM cycle right upon falling asleep instead of the 90 minute wait like others do.

My only advice is just to observe. It is very interesting to do this. You will learn a great deal about how the mind works and how the brain works. Ultimately, you will begin to know yourself.

And I knew you would get that "nap" joke. I've never personally met another narcoleptic, but if they're anything like me, they're horribly exhausted and about ready to cry just for a solid nap...at least once.

Great post. I really like your use of numbers to install important memories into your life. Very interesting and I can't say I've heard of this technique before.

444 or 4:44 will always mean "going home soon" to me. I wonder if there is a spiritual parallel going on as well? Maybe it's some other kind of mileage sign we're not aware of yet.

Haha believe me, it gives me the creeps too. Why do you think I keep posting "I'm not willing to explore astral projection" ?

When they say "Hey, come on out of that body of yours!" It makes me wonder what the ulterior motive is.

However, in the instances that I have spontaneously projected, they have been positive experiences. A guardian or guide of some sort was always there to lead the way and answer questions. I am still unwilling to experiment though.

I will let things unfold as they should. Things have been working out for me by following this motto so far.

No, I did not mean it in that way. I welcome the skeptical questions. I can't prove anything to anybody and that's not why I've posted.

I do ask (and this is a future reference for all subsequent posts) that anybody with healthy skepticism refrain from name-calling and mudslinging as we have already seen once or twice in the thread.

Everybody is more than welcome to say that I'm full of it and criticize--but do a proper critic's job. Be civil and explain why my story does not work for you. What points are bugging you? You probably have a very valid point.

Just keep it high-brow and do not violate the T&C's. Sounds simple enough, but believe me, it needed to be said as a reminder of what ATS stands for and what it doesn't stand for.

That's all I meant. I was wondering why more skeptics weren't coming forward.

I have not ever "time-slipped"...it sounds disconcerting. I'm not sure I'm ready for a time-slip

You could've had a worse childhood.I always say things could be better or they could be worse.

IWe do share a common trait I do listen to C2Cam have been for a long time and also heard about ATS on that show.

Your story is well written and could be possible. You woke up with scabs behind your ears as a boy? Are you still having sleep paralysis? Have you tried telling your story when Dr. Leir is on the air? He removes implants. It sounds like an implant, or maybe when Whitley Streiber is on the show was an abductee. Maybe either one of those two could help, with some answers to your questions anyway.

Good luck with your search and star and flag for you and your story.

You actually have a gift for writing. Sure it was long but I stayed interested all the way to the conclusion. Something i don't do very much.

I will always remember the moving hats underneath my bed i experienced at age 5 or 6.
I have had dreams of being floated down the hall way-
As a kid we played those kid tricks (stiff as a board light as a feather) except our friends would really levitate because i peeked several times during the process.
I experience a lot of the synchronicities with numbers 11:11, 444, 333, 222 etc. Cars pull in front of me regularly with the numbers on License plates, time clocks(randomly, NFL play clocks, movies, addresses etc. I have had a car pull in front of me more than 2 times with the license plate ELOHIM in a short amount of time last year.
Unusual cars following me around- I can just sense they are out of the ordinary
Use to have this guy and his girlfriend that lived above me and would end up seeing him all over town. He didn't have a car. It was a way beyond coincidence thing.

Strange electronic malfunctions occur in my house-disarming alarm system etc
People tend to get things knocked out of their hands when I am in close proximity to them and coincides with tension within me.
strange calls from the outside (private-unknown caller ids) with fax sounds when i answer depending what sites i am visiting or info i am looking for at the time on the PC. I have cable internet not dial up.
I basically don't fit in any mainstream social trends most others engage in.. I am a loner type and prefer solitude. Being around mainstream people actually agitate and deplete my energy.
Most thing I enjoy is making musical sound- I am a decent guitarist. (Vai, Doug Aldrich, Satriani) type music.

I don't think you are strange, mentally ill, or boring. You just vibrate at a different frequency than most others
like me and probably do in fact have interaction with hyperdimensional beings. etc. Dimensions don't start at just 3d and go up but go down as well...2d 1d etc like the Michelin man cartoon character. That is really cool.

Thank you for your share and do not be afraid. You will be ok.

This is a very wise expression and I say it often.
I am not brave enough to call in to Coast to Coast AM. I wanted to call in to tell the story about my dad being a truck driver and how talking about C2CAM opened up a new chapter between us. I think it would make a good story for open lines.

I'm very shy and wouldn't dream of talking live on the air to millions of people
