So I am hoping this is the right place to request an Avatar. I am looking for someone to make me something really well made and good looking. Something mostly along the lines of space. My favorite subject on these boards is the Space Exploration section. I enjoy stuff on the moon, mars, mars lander, new discoveries of habitable zone planets, etc. I am also a little in to the ET phenominon. Not a huge huge believer, but I am more on the fence that there are other intelligent species someplace maybe even coming or did come in the past to Earth.

So what i am looking for is something space related with just a small not very noticable hint of the ET subject. Thanks if you guys can help me out.

Go into TOOLS+ at the top menu of the page. Once you've done that, you need to use an invisible avatar.

Remove the space between the "http" and the "://" and then copy and paste that file into the avatar url space here and hit submit.



Then do the same with your new avatar background. Upload it to your files list, then click on the newly uploaded picture. Then hit the "use in ATS profile background" on the link the arrow is pointing to.



Then it will come up with this screen, and you just click submit.



It should give you a full size avatar then with the invisible gif in front. If you have any issues post up again, and I'll see if I can help you further.

Drunk and smart has never been one of my strong suits - I have posted this apology on the thread in question and have also PM Agarta to express my genuine regret and highlight my stupidity - sorry everyone - it was a dig at me and no-one else

OMG Agarta, that does sound terrible now that I reread it like that. I was actually referring to myself - hence the last line with my posts added.

There is no-way on Gods earth you are anything like that - quite the opposite in fact and I always mention you when directing people to the thread. Even as drunk as I was, and am now sporting regret and a headache this is no excuse for typing that the way I have and I understand your being upset by this.

I've learnt my lesson here and need to desist from posting when inebriated.

I was just caught up in the moment of the name (Mr Lizard) and focused in on kinglizard accordingly.

Please accept my heart-felt apologies over this stupid statement - I cannot emphasize enough that it was not meant to be disrespectful to you or anyone else in any way but in my head was a comparison between his talents and my own. I feel so terrible now and will have to cop this on the chin from here on and live with this embarrassment.

Once again I am so sorry for offending you with my stupid comment. I will now PM you as well.

It's all good Friend, I hold no grudges. Other frustrations compounded and you were the outlet. It is i who should apologize. For that I am sorry. I do need a break from avatars for a bit at least in this thread I will however work on that are brought to me personally. Again I am sorry for using you as a catch all.

Agarta, you are absolutely fantastic and I would really like for you to stay. You and a few other folks here are the ones that helped start this thread and get it running. I don't want to lose any of you and value everyone here very much!

You know I've bragged on you a lot because you really are pretty darn awesome.

Let's all just take it as a stressful moment where emotions were a little raw and put it behind us. Each and every person on this thread is worth their weight in avatar gold!!

The "back-to-school-itis" is calming down a little and I'm going to be back around now. Not as much as I was over the summer, but at least every couple of nights or so. Let's get things moving again!


Halloween is fast approaching, maybe we need to set up another "talent show" (contest) to get everyone excited again!
I'll email my contact and see what we can do! ...it takes a while to iron things out, so I'll start this week on setting up the ironing board, doing the avatar laundry, generating electricity for the iron and all that jazz
