On 12.21.2012 our planet will(or may) travel in time

Imagine that you will wake up with a new sky,new planets new constellations everything different but very beautiful in the same time.A very strong and thin air that you breath,an air of change.

And all the people with a smile on their faces looking at this new sky and having this feeling of change.....a change for the better.

Alignment of the Earth and Milky Way on December 21st 2012? Look we all the the internet hype about what will occur. About the Mayan Calender lets be logical, could it be they ran out of space and became and obselete race before they could have created a new calender? Also if the new Calendar started some five thousand years ago it must be documented what happened at the "end" of the last long count calendar. What worries me is there is no scientific data what occurred 26,000 years ago when there was the last alignment of the earth and the milky way. When that happens ,what happesn to the earth?What happens to the human race, did the last set of people survive? Ill like to hear from actual scientist.

Probably depends on what part of the globe you are in. If you live in a ME country that is currently on the brink of war, I highly doubt you expect change for the better....

But yeah, definitely change in the air...

There is no alignment on this date.

If you wish to say there is, then please show EXACTLY what you mean by "alignment", and any supporting evidence. Dont be vague and wishy washy. Be specific.

Even if this were REMOTELY possible and not wind up killing all life on the planet, it wouldn't change a THING on the ground. We would still have:

Republicans and Democrats
Unemployment
Homeless
Militant Muslims attacking westerners
No peace in the Middle East
Dead and dying children
Cancer
War
Famine
Corruption

Get it? Having 3 moons to look up at won't stop the madness.

No I wont find..but anyway there are things that science cannot predict or explain...maybe the science forum it is more appropriate to explain exactly .

Which means what exactly when applied to the real world? Nothing. This thread may as well be in the short stories section. It really has nothing to do with 2012. The same fiction could be drawn up everyday, whenever one so chooses. It is irrelevant.
