Obama Administration to sign U.N. Arms Trade Treaty that will BAN GUNS IN THE U.S

This wont happen any time soon. They do not have the power to take on the American people and other country's witch will support the American people.

A Presidential Executive Order, whether Constitutional or not, becomes law simply by its publication in the Federal Registry. Congress is by-passed. Here are just a few Executive Orders that would suspend the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. These Executive Orders have been on record for nearly 30 years and could be enacted by the stroke of a Presidential pen:


EXECUTIVE ORDER 10990 allows the government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10995 allows the government to seize and control the communication media.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10997 allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998 allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11000 allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001 allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare functions.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11002 designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11003 allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11004 allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11005 allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11051 specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11310 grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.

Without Congressional approval, the President now has the power to transfer whole populations to any part of the country, the power to suspend the Press and to force a national registration of all persons. The President, in essence, has dictatorial powers never provided to him under the Constitution. The President has the power to suspend the Constitution and the Bill of Rights in a real or perceived emergency. Unlike Lincoln and Roosevelt, these powers are not derived from a wartime need, but from any crisis, domestic or foreign, hostile or economic. Roosevelt created extraordinary measures during the Great Depression, but any President faced with a similar, or lesser, economic crisis now has extraordinary powers to assume dictatorial status.

I seen a few scoffers of this story. To them, why oh why would anyone at all be upset if there was no sinister deception here? Why is there no specifics of the text of these laws the UN/Obama is trying to pass? I mentioned this is my original post to those saying I was misleading. I cannot believe the trust some people have to those that have been continuously LYING to get what they want from their service as our trusted elected officials. Look back 100 years and see what it was when the gov wasn't making our daily decisions for us. We became the most powerful nation this planet has ever seen. And now it's been hijacked by those that put their own ideology, regardless of how inane it is, above anyone else. What's worse, they put barriers in place to prevent any interference of their actions.

We became the most powerful nation because of fear. Because any competition we might have had was destroyed in a six year span that ended with 60 million people dead. We had strong unions and high taxes.

The title should clue you in on what the treaty is about Arms Trade Treaty. This deals with arms trades, primarily with arms trades between nations like Syria and Russia or China and North Korea. It doesn't have anything to do with Joe Blow in Montana and Bill Roberts in Nevada selling a six shooter.

This I know without a DOUBT in my HEART. There is no way that a member of the U.S. Military as well as a Member of the Various U.S. Military Reserves...of which the United States relies upon Heavily....especially Air Force Reserve and Air National Guard...that will carry out any order...PRESIDENTIAL OR NOT...that does harm to the American People.

In the United States...the Reserve System is too Highly Integrated with Active Full Time Military Units...and no where has this been seen more than having 40 Somethings in Afghanistan and Iraq. A HUGE portion of the United States' ability to Force Project is left in the Hands of Reserve Units as well as U.S. National Guard Air Reservists fly planes such as the F-15, A-10, B-52, F-16ADF'S and a handful of other Tech. that other countries main Active Force Units would KILL FOR for use never mind that we in the U.S. have provided these Weapon Systems to our Weekend Warriors.

This is the problem for anyone who may try to pull an end around on the U.S. Constitution....the U.S. MILITARY and MILITARY RESERVE is FIRMLY LOYAL TO THE CONSTITUTION AND PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES. When you pledge your oath in the Military...that Oath is not pledged to the President...or Congress or any other Leadership Group. Your Oath and Pledge is to DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES! And by doing so...that means you pledge yourself to the PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES!

A Government that no longer represents the Rights and Will of the People nor does it follow the Constitution makes that Government an ENEMY OF THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. The Constitution is specific that it is every CITIZENS DUTY to DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION AND THE RIGHTS GIVEN TO THE PEOPLE BY THE BILL OF RIGHTS BY REMOVING THE ENEMY GOVERNMENT! Some people in America have worked their butts off for what they have. If you think America is a collective city, you are wrong. Hunting is a sport here, a fully healthy human sport. There is nothing wrong with hunting for food.

There isn't an obsession with guns, it's a way of life. 80% of America is rural.

Well first off guns cannot by themselves kill people. The gun still has to have someone pulling the trigger.

The gun forged this nation, and our forfathers wanted us to have the right to defend ourselves.

We didn't allow it, the Government surprised us with it and gave us no choice.

I still remember my dad on the phone to our city's mayor complaining, writing letters, but to no avail.

The only reason it will be harder to do in the United States is because more people own guns.

Here in Australia, we had a lower percentage of gun ownership.

Nothing has stopped them so far from achieving their ways. Trust me, with a few 'creations of news' that show "just how much guns are a problem, and not necessary for a protected people, because we have the the police and National Guard"....they will convince the majority of people to comply like the fools they are, or at least enough of them to keep the problem to a minimum of confiscating the other ones.

If they can't do that, they will make sure it is very difficult to get new ones, by controlling the sale and manufacture of them, and confiscating them house by house by surprise in accordance with some new law.

Just don't turn off the televisions and radios and music!! People would be IN...THE...STREETS if they were to do that.

Goodbye America! It's only a matter of time before you are all as f'ed as other countries that limit or ban guns. These guys will use every tool they can and won't stop until it's done.
