Not at all.. What I am saying, and you would know had you bothered to read my post, that we dont have all the facts as to why the kid was in leg irons in the first place. We never got the info as to what the minor did to be in custody in the first place. You guys get bent out of shape when a person states they are a terrorist and then you get bent out of shape when I merely suggest he may have been a flight risk.

Has the minor fought with the police? - We dont know.
Did the minor try to escape / flee from custody? We dont know.

Please poiint out where it states the reasons for being in leg irons.
Please show me where it states the gae of the person in question (which was just one).
Please show me where it states why the minor was in court.
Please show me where it details anything about the minor in question.

Lets also clear one more issue up.

Using the term leg clamps, while probably chosen to purposely invoke an image of the 1700's, is incorrect. The term is leg irons and they are larger / smaller version of handcuffs, depending on use for adult or non adult. Their use is allowed under the UN in detention settings.

Since the UN is not a world government though its there opinion, which does not supercede state sovereignty. Shall we go into Sharia law and the cutting off of hands and feet? Or would you rather stick to the topic and refute my post?
