Well on a lighter note, I thought the opening ceremony was stunning, thoroughly enjoyed it. I didn't read too much into symbols or see anything that I thought untoward. I did see something special, and I thought the appreciation shown to the NHS, GOSH etc was a nice touch.
The games themselves I have enjoyed so far, probably cause they are closer to home, no time difference etc. Lets hope that it all goes well and that attack predications are completely wrong.
