Prove it, show me proof of our love for Obama. You won't be able to except by illegitimate claims by some source that will demonize the movement no matter what we do. I am an Occupier, both in reality and the internet. I'm involved physically and through social media. I'm sure there are some that will still vote for him because some are more terrified of Romney, but as a movement we don't support a candidate for anything nor do we support a party. We do call him out on his crap, your ignorance of such does not make it non existent.

Funny as I have heard reports in the UK of what has been done in Iceland, as for its the start of something new I dont think so, Iceland has a population of just over 317,000 the USA has 50 + cities with a population larger than that.

You need to take a chill pill. While what he said might be wrong he nowhere blamed the jews. Putting blame on a jew, where you think its appropriate is not antisemitism. Blaming the jews as a group is antisemitism, not specific jews, for specific reasons.

In this case, the poster was blaming "Rothschilds" with no evidence. In reality, anti-Jewish bigotry justified that they are running an evil world wide financial conspiracy is a centuries-old trope. Here "Rothschilds" is a codeword for Jews, and it is used because it is a universally known-to-be Jewish family.

There is no evidence Rothschild bank or the family were involved with Iceland any more than Warren Buffet was involved with it because of his insurance companies. There are hundreds of uninvolved banks. If you're going to make stuff up why accuse the one with a universally-understood Jewish name?

The answer of course is obvious if you understand culture and history and not just the superficial literal meaning.

Again, in fact the perpetrators of the Icelandic banking blowup were Icelandic bankers. Since there's no 500 year old history of blaming Icelandic bankers for the worlds problems and violent pogroms against Icelanders, nobody gets upset over this.
