The Expressionless woman

I can assure you all that my story in this thread is entirely true...I did feel breath on my neck as I read CreepyPasta that night, I was alone except for my cats which were NOT behind me nor were any open windows...this is totally true and haven't felt that breath on my neck since that night and it WAS breath because you could feel the sucking in and blowing out!!!

So after getting back into the creepypasta scene, I have decided to write my own so here it is, hope it's creepy enough for you!!




The thing about small towns in the middle of nowhere is when the sun goes down, except for the few street lamps, the porch lights, or the occasional light pouring out of someone's window, the whole town becomes pitch black.

As you're walking home from a friends house at 1:00 in the morning you start to feel like someone's watching you. You pick up your pace, trying to make the two block walk in between street lamps as fast as you can.

Once you make it you pause, trying to work up the courage to turn around. The silence is deafening as you stand there in the small pool of light. You laugh a little, telling yourself you're being ridiculous and turn around.

For a split second you see dozens of little red lights all down the street but you blink and they're gone. Chalking it up to a trick of your mind in the night you begin to walk the next two blocks in between street lamps.

The feeling of being watched intensifies; all the hair on your body is standing on end and you start to feel like you're being followed. Your fear is increasing as you walk as fast as you can without running to the next street lamp.

You stop underneath it and take a couple of deep breaths, trying to calm down. You know you are being irrational, nobody is following you, it's just your mind playing tricks.

You turn your head over your shoulder to look behind you and see the red lights again, closer this time. You turn around fully and they're gone. You try to shake it off again but now a deep unsettling feeling has come over you.

You start to dread walking the two blocks to the next street lamp at the corner of your road. The thought that you're almost home is all that's driving you through the bone chilling fear as you walk the last two blocks.

You feel a sense of relief as you reach the light, when suddenly you are plunged into total darkness, all the street lamps went out. Fear and adrenalin are coursing through you as you turn around.

You see the red lights again and this time you hear heavy breathing. You close your eyes, hoping that when you open them the lights will be gone.You open your eyes and the lights are still there.

Two of them are right in front of you. That's when you realize they're not lights, they're eyes.





So what do you think? Creepy enough to submit to creepypasta, or not so much?

That was pretty decent, I liked it
Think most people can relate to that feeling of being watched while walking alone on a dark night too...

Like one poster said when you have a true story, it's very hard to get people to believe it.

GOOD STORY.

This thread is epic and it seems to have baited out the "I DON'T NEED TO READ NO FRIGGIN FIRST PAGE TO KNOW WHATS GOIN ON HERE DANG IT!" brigade.

Jesus (who may or may not be a fictional character in another well written, mind boggling story book), people switch this isht off, turn off your TV's and go for a walk, forget about this stuff and get a grip.

Then come back and read some more crazypasta..erm I man creepypasta, yeah!

My own meager attempt at pasta.....

Damn Drain

I'm so tired of that sound. Every night. Same sleep chasing sound from that damn drain. What is it? Gurgles, scrapes, not real drain sounds, but, it comes from the drain. I'll get up one more time and try to stop it. I need sleep, this is driving me insane. Turn on kitchen light, everything looks normal, but that sound is still there. Scraping, oily gurgling...painful almost. Why is this sound coming out of my damn drain. God, I need to sleep. Turn on the hot water again....let it run for a few...now that damn drain is moaning.

Sweating, frustrated, needing sweet sweet sleep...I reach down into that damn drain. Pushing, cramming my fingers as deep as I can. There, I feel it. What is that...it feels like fleshy fingers scraping mine.

I hear a faint rattling groan as I hurridly yank my fingers back. I strain my ear close to the sink...yes, I hear it now. It's grunting...."that damn drain".

I made my first submission in CreepyPasta, but how do I know if it is put up on the website? It is under the handle NinjaWriter and it's title is "The Confession" It definately submitted but I can't find it on their website at all and I have no email from them either.

I will look an see if I can find it. I haven't submitted mine yet so I don't know how it works!!

So I looked and it's not in the June 2012 archives it must need to be approved by someone or something

Yep that's what I'm thinking...that it has to be approved first. I think it will take at least 24 hrs maybe??

Sucks too because my story is incorprated with a breaking news story, which I included in the end of the story and tomorrow it may not work,

Me too, I'd like to read it while the story attached has some relevance

Unfortunately I did it all through the creepypasta submission page and didn't copy it to put it in word. I thought it would post right away so I didn't expect I needed to. It's not that I am worried the story will be forgotten, but that there will be more information about it and then it won't work. But if the person follows my link to the news story they may only know the original release so it may still work.

AWWW,Man!! That sucks cuz I wanna read it too! From what I know--they read submissions then release it for the public if it passes all their terms and conditions.Don't quote me on this--I'm only saying what MY understanding of the process is from what I've seen and heard/been told.

Also--Kudos to the others who put stories up here--I love sharing and enjoying creativity,especially creepy/weird/scary stuff.

Love me some creepy pasta.

My first creepy pasta scared the ever loving crap out of me, and it has a youtube video to go with it. It's one of the most common stories so you may have even read it on a different website. If not, when you finish the story, search the story name on youtube and watch the video clip. I have real issues watching it. The story is written as if it was lifted from a discussion forum.
