I look at natural reliefs and sand, I do not see any sunken ruins. I know that with time some ruins may lose their man-made shape so much that they start looking like natural but from this distance it can be hardly told. Look for example at the underwater ruins south of Japan you know, where the 'Dragon's Triangle' starts, pure man-made structures

imgeasy.com...

www.futuropasado.com...

It would be nice if it were anything more than just relief of the sea bed - be it a sunk Viking ship or other vessel, ruins, Atlantis lol.

Something about this whole thing strikes me as being very familiar. Anyone remember the Great Lakes Dive Company that stired up everyone about a UFO they found at the bottom of Lake Superior? They had all these side scan radar images of what was suppose to be a UFO and it even had the same type of scoop mark behind it in the sea bed. I think it was about 2006. Well I believe that so called Dive company disappeared supposedly and it just faded away after they collected all kinds of donations. You know the same sort of thing we see here. Sound very similar if you ask me. Looks like another scam may be taking place here.

Well we shall find out soon enough now won't we! Luckily, we will all know if this is a scam by weeks end.

I believe I found the source of the artists renditions and the websites backgrounds. This video was made shortly after the discovery was first made and is very well done, imo.

This Quote is from the description below the video on YouTube.

This short video sequence is of TRANSCEPTION's Technology Transfer Controlled Remote Viewing team describing the Unidentified Submerged Object resting at the bottom of the Baltic Sea and imaged by the crew of Ocean Explorer (SE) using its side-scan sonar. It is clear from just these short clips that the object is not a natural formation.

You are right that there are many parallels.
But I don't think the "Great Lakes Dive Company" actually collected any donations. There was no "company" to begin with, no company, no dive boat, no side scan sonar - just some crappy illustrations passed through a Photoshop noise filter!

I think the scammers ran into trouble with the USAF because they had made false claims that they had found a missing USAF jet, and the missing crew still has surviving members who still wonder what happened to the missing airmen.

There are other similarities with the latest Baltic Sea "UFO" (pullleaasse, nothing at all to indicate its a UFO aside from people's imagination):
- The initial "sonar scan" was made after the "team" had to abandon another search because of weather
- They claimed the Canadian government was denying them approval to visit the site. (Reminds me of the claims that Russian American military exercises were preventing them access to site). It turned out they never made any requests to the Canadian government.
- They tried to get interest from documentary producers
- They also had a crappy website with "updates" on the search
- After first releasing "sonar scans" of an F-89 sitting on the lakebed, they then released another "sonar scan" of a "disk" with an "impact trail" in the lakebed sediments. (The Baltic team first said there was one "disk" then two disks and something that "broke off")
- They claimed they "disk" was metallic, and because it was emitting some sort of "radiation", they couldn't use their regular towfish and had to use a fish finder to capture the crappy sonar images (that looked like amateur photoshop).
- One of the scammers (who went by the name/alias "Adam Jimenez") appeared as a guest on Coast to Coast AM with Linda Moulton Howe, who totally believed every word.
Even years after the claims were revealed as a hoax, there were all sorts of true believers, who couldn't believe they had been fooled, and they expressed beliefs that the evil government was "covering up" the discovery.

There are of course, some notable differences:
- no photos of Adam and friends appeared on their website
- they never got around to selling "limited edition prints" of their fabulous "sonar scan" (photoshop illustration)
- no photos of their boat, submarine or sidescan sonar equipment appeared on their website

Because the claims have not been enough over-hyped already! Yes! The remote viewers will tell us whats down there!!!

Because they can't actually "remote view" anything real, they have to "remote view" places like Atlantis and go through stargates and "stuff like that".

Well, I guess this gives us a chance to "check them out" and see how accurate they were. That video was uploaded Jan 9, 2012 so it was before any of the new info from this months exploration.

Edit to add: The Government has had projects dealing with remote viewing for many years and continue to this day. The Movie "Men Who Stare at Goats" was a parody of these projects. I have spoken to people within the project and they insure it is not a joke. I also have the declassified "handbook"(PDF) for the process they use. This does not mean the people in the video are any good at it though. We will have to wait and see.

I read Joe McMoneagle's book on his experiences in remote viewing.

It has a lot of predictions in it. Not too many 'hits' though.

Not sure what to make of that "remote viewing" thing. I am not much of a believer in that kind of thing, but some of these viewers worked for the gov't doing jobs like this.

I posted a UFO Hunters video this is 1/5 not sure which one he is in (1/5, 2/5 ect), but I know Bill and the guys talk to a remote viewer in this episode that worked for the U.S gov't.

I myself dont buy into this remote veiwing.
Sure, many goverments have dabbled a tiny tad in it.

Has major "Head games" remote veiwed this?
I remember the pathegon, shot over the bow with the sun,him in a bomb shelter in the mountains and this is the end,
Good couple years back on coasttocoast, he said within 10 months a nuke war would be happening in N/S Korea.?
Has this clown ever cracked any cases?

Alot of us are interested on this baltic sea story, most are not holding there breath on this but still fun to watch and see whats there?
Has anyone here invested stock into their company or made donations?
Buy a cap or T-shirt?

There gonna have to show something,,PUT UP,if they want to get BIG money from investors..
It is a scam, this wont play out very long.

Sure be cool to look for lost treasures and sunken ships and explore remote islands where no one has stepped on for sometime.
Be nice to win the lottery, buy a ship and sail and search.LOL
When i think of treasure hunters i always think on that Oak island mystery?

We have to wait and see.
The ball's in there court.

Yes. I agree that the government did research into it. But I think they abandoned the program long ago because they weren't getting anything useful out of it. Yes, there are lots of ex "remote viewers" doing training in the techniques. Have they ever solved a real unsolved disappearance?

I recall that Ed Dames tried to locate Steve Fossetts plane wreck site. Totally failed. That's why remote viewers jump at the chance to remote view anything that is pretty much unlikely to ever be verified.

Well folks, you just couldn't make this up.

In the past when I have zoomed out from an image features start to show that cannot be seen in the close view.

Intuition told me to rotate this close view of the round anomaly and zoom out as if viewing from a more distant viewpoint and what this process revealed is shown in the image below. I believe that when the dive team get close to the seabed location of the anomalies there will probably be some jaw-dropping onboard the submersible.

You may have to stare at the image for a while before the artistic features start to register.

Uh... Let me guess.
Its an image of Adolph Hitler speaking to a bunch of aliens at the Nurenburg rally? (or something like that)
Can't you see Adolph Hitler? Look at the image near the top, about 1/3 from the right. Of course, it COULD be someone else, but it is almost 100% certainty that it is a spaceship done in the image of a human... or an alien... or...

Baltic Anomaly: OceanX Team Update Posted on June 12th, 2012
I can't post yet so here you go.....this is a quote from the site.

Before getting into a recap on yesterday, the main news is that there is supposed to be a press release this week from the OceanX team on their findings - (not a press conference) as some have wrongly suggested. Also a source close to the crew yesterday suggested that the news coming soon would be in his words – “AMAZING”.

There has been no mainstream coverage at all since the new mission started, however there may be a media embargo enforced at present by the Swedish TV channel that has part-funded the operating costs of the mission. If a reporting embargo is in force, then there may be a co-ordinated release of information among many mainstream outlets, but this possibility remains to be seen.

Yesterday, the OceanX team made an unexpected trip back to shore to stock up on more supplies before resuming their adventure. A local Swedish man (Morgan Andersson) who has been following the exploits on Facebook and lives nearby, came accross the ship “Ancylus” docked in Norrtälje harbour.

this from the teams facebook page

On June 10, Dennis Åsberg, one of the co-founders of the Ocean X Team, posted his latest update on Facebook.

07:56 AM – “Everything is top secret now … because of the risks … hope you all understand this is no game. But the truth will be reported shortly“. -Dennis Aasberg

???

A close inspection of the original sonar images taken from computer screenshots of the software reveals that the original date of the anomlay discovery was June 19th 2011. Could the team be holding off on the information release to have it co-incide with the 1 year anniversary of the initial find? That would give a release date of Tuesday 19th June (5 days from today).
