As I have clearly stated, when you pick a side and support them there will be retaliation just as we saw in Libya and on 911.

You are asking for more violence and victims with syrian intervention.

Wanna try again i haven't asked for anything, and quote just where anyone has called for intervention.

And leave them (syria) be with whatever they do, they (syria) will learn their own lesson of not to interfere with other countries.

We have a history of being a country with the most military interventions of anyone, and 911 was a result of that action.

We do not want another 911 in America. Some Syrians flying a plane into our buildings.

You seem to be supporting the rebels side and the west is already funding them which is already interfering!

Therefore you are supporting interference.

Sounds like someone's assumption I do not support either side, just as i didn't in Libya, nor Egypt, and i am on record for letting them sort their own crap out.

Meh

Well I am glad you don't support any western interference and we need to pull out all covert ops and funding the rebels side.

The rebel terrorists are using suicide bombings because they have no other weapons, they are fighting with whatever way they can and I have no problem with how they fight. I am not blaming their use of technique, just stating they are on the wrong side.

Don't you mean brave Syrian freedom fighters? I recall that in at least one other thread, you wouldn't shut up about how brilliant the Taliban were and yet for some reason you don't seem to believe that the Syrian opposition deserve the same level of praise.

Oh but its ok for terrorist bombings because they are on the side you support right?

The hypocrisy is strong in this one.

Taliban poison girls in school = brave freedom fighters
Syrian opposition blow up Mukhabarat facility = terrorists

That is something what would happen like 911 if we interfered in Syria, it is not so far fetched. It has happened before and we call it 911.

Interventon can take many forms. We gave Syria @200 million in 2010.

We could shut off the taps.

That might give everyone pause.

That would be even better, shut it all off.

See we have a history of supporting both sides when it suits our duplicitous needs.

Yes I would call the rebel terrorists brave, but they are on the wrong side. I call it as it is. Yes they are brave

Taliban poison girls in school = brave freedom fighters

I never called that action brave, but they are brave when they fight the US military

Is it brave when the US military goes in and kills indiscriminately women and children? Is it brave droning someone? The US military is fighting smarter not braver

Syrian opposition blow up Mukhabarat facility = terrorists

Still terrorists, still braver than Assads army, just supporting the wrong side.

AND...

In the meantime, you and like minded people wouldn't mind if we discussed who is responsible for this week's round of killings be it by Assad or the Rebels?

No I would not mind; All I am saying is be wary of the propaganda being fed to us which led to Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya all of which are in worse conditions now.

NO quick jabs

The propaganda like :al queda is fighting the Assad regime where as in Iraq al Queda backed the "legitimate" government and now suddenly in Libya they where supposedly fought against Gadaffi, and suddenly fought against Egypt's government.

So?

Al queda only fights against America!!!!!

Lot of Bs flying around because the only enemy Al queda has is the great and little satans and regimes back by them.

Some people can't see and some do then there's those who rather pretend that they don't in order to push a specific agenda. The way I see it, intervention has always been bad for us, for anyone. It has always lead to death for all sides but not the those who created the whole fight in the beginning. I really don't know why some of you can't see this, makes me believe you're not human. Wars, any kind, always have a hidden agenda. It's not new that governments and those behind them profit from lying. All I can say is get your head out of the sand or stop pretending it is, governments only do things for themselves, not for the good in anything.

The wrong side? In what respect?

I'm also interested in how they earn the 'terrorist' tag. If they were on the 'right side' in your opinion then would they graduate to 'freedom fighter', even though they aren't acting any differently? How does this labelling system work?

Yes they would be upgraded to freedom fighter if they were on the right side, fighting for truth and freedom just as the Afghans are.

...And rank would be increased and a higher pay grade LMAO and you get a playstation.

When does poisoning schoolgirls enter into the fight for truth and freedom? Somehow I don't think that other people's freedom matters all that much to them.

The Syrian opposition could be seen to be fighting for their own freedom couldn't they? Have you considered that the majority Sunni community in Syria may resent the fact that their government and security apparatus is dominated by an Alawite minority which does represent them?
