Thinking about the actual OP and the laser beams from the news report...this would be a great way to do some testing of BLUE BEAM ,the Powers that be (if they exist) have a great chance to freak us out...maybe they've tested the sound system already..now its the laser lights turn.... ...

Everything is planned out within the Elites just as William always knew he would be King. Edit: the British colonized almost half of the world, and the royal family still owns thousands of acres of land in every single one of them! Don't tell me about how much TAX they pay. If my income was $500k a month I would gladly pay 50% Tax and still be rich enough to brag about it.

Yes, a monarchy can be seen as the opposite of a democratic society but if you do a little research, you will see that they are mainly ceremonial apart from having a few powers, and the ones she does, modern society dictates that she follows the government of the days advice.

Also the Queen barely owns anything and most of it is owned by the people and she cannot sell it and such, so that argument is flawed.

The Royal family also do a vast amount of charity work, even funding things from their own pocket. The whole Jubilee thing (which I did not celebrate) was also funded by private donations, only the security aspect was funded by the tax payer.

The Queen also refused to give parliament the power to declare war, and this power rests only with the monarchy which does actually put my mind at ease if you can believe it. I firmly believe the Queen only wants the best for the UK and it's dependecies and the refusal to give that power up will stop any extremist parties (a.k.a the BNP) from declaring war.

Yes, they are unelected, but they are largely ceremonial, they contribute lots to charities, keep our most acient traditions alive, and raise lots of money through tourism and such.

Edit* However I do disgaree with the lives of luxuay they get to live and while I don't mind Kate Middleton, I despise her family who I think just sponge off the Royals.

We're not telling you what to do with your money because frankly you don't have a choice, I'm not even American but people are so quick to jump to conclusions and defend the elite. Why do ya'll give your money to some African children instead of buying that billionaire a boat? Ever thought of that. Why call out on Americans? The diamonds belong to the people already as do all of her places of residence, she is a custodian of all the crown jewels etc,she has a job to serve her people and in my view she has done a great job. A million people went to wish her well and at my place of work 14 people over 90 had a great party and the sherry flowed they all toasted her and so did I

Well actually no-one knows how much personal wealth she has, she doesn't have to tell us. I don't think any of us normal people would get away with claiming tax payer funded benefits if we had huge share portfolios, multiple mansions and the odd da vinci sketch lying around the house.

Let me tell you something East Africa is still owned by the Royal Family as well as most of the land there. edit: America also gives aid...but the catch is they send their troops out to destroy countries. Giving out a small portion of what you steal is never considered generosity. We're discussing the Queen of England i.e the British people will have to come into the picture eventually.

people should be allowed a VOTE on whether they want a monarch if we are a democracy. It's not free will if money is deducted from your taxes regardless of your view. See my earlier post on the Queen's personal fortune.

Princess Diana was every bit as much part of the elite as Princess Elisabeth was.

But why do you love Diana so ? She was a self centred slut, no offense, but she was. Serve 60 years as head of state ? Diana would've thrown herself down every flight of stairs in England at the mere thought of that.
