I believe the domestic cat was given to ancient Egyptians as a gift from the "Visitors"
and i believe that there is some connection to them even now.
love and harmony

Praised for controlling vermin and its ability to kill snakes such as cobras, the domesticated cat became a symbol of grace and poise. The goddess Mafdet, the deification of justice and execution, was a lion-headed goddess. The cat goddess Bast (also known as Bastet) eventually replaced the cult of Mafdet, and Bast's image softened over time and she became the deity representing protection, fertility, and motherhood.
The earliest evidence of wildcat domestication comes from a 9,500 years old Neolithic grave excavated in Shillourokambos, Cyprus, that contained the skeletons, laid close to one another, of both a human and a cat.[40][41][42] This discovery, combined with genetic studies, suggest that cats were probably domesticated in the Middle East, in the Fertile Crescent around the time of the development of agriculture and then they were brought to Cyprus and Egypt.

Simply to open a discussion on the idea.
Perhaps you should have your anger checked, I have clearly pushed a button, or perhaps it is just a general intolerance to thinking outside the box. All I did was propose a question, not assume anything, just stating starting points which could go in any direction, it would have been quite bland to post just the title and then in the subject "Ok Go!"
Now if I was to post this as "I KNOW CATS ARE ALIEN SPIES!!!!!" that would qualify my to have my head checked.
And by the way, I do pay very good money every week to have my head checked, and I am a diagnosed Schizotypal, I have no problem with that, and as also mentioned, it accounts for the "ideas of reference associated". I do have a PD, yes, and questions need to be asked to either validate or debunk.
You offer no debunking at all, only a personal attack on me, which I cant understand why... Oh well, call me an idiot, or stupid, or whatever else suits your fancy, I just cant believe how upset you've become, all the while I laugh at your attack.
This post was created half jokingly, to open a discussion on THE POSSIBILITIES or PROBABILITY!
I would thank you for your post, but you have not contributed anything besides aggression and intolerance toward different thoughts, that do not correspond to your idea of reality.
Either way, take care of yourself, and have a pleasant day!

Why has this struck such a nerve with you? You start some sort of scientific debate requiring proof on a post that is obviously supposed to be humorous. Why are you trying so hard to debunk this topic and also attacking the OP. Are you working for the Cat Overlords? What is your purpose here? I bet you are going to try to deny being one of their pawns. Maybe even try to question my rational or sanity. All things that someone would do or say that DID work for them!
You can go back and tell your feline puppet masters that we are on to their little game of "cat and mouse". We will not be oppressed by cleaning their feces any longer!! We will unite as one people and strike back with squirt bottles and vacuum cleaners!!! We will drive them back where they came from!!!

I often wonder the same thing. I have two cats, who, at minimum, are enslaving me to feed them and clean up their poop. I will bet you that a shaved cat looks a lot like an ugly little alien freak.
Anybody have pics of shaved cats?
