She didn't stand anything to gain by helping Naomi other than love. Eventually, because Ruth was young enough she found another husband who bore Naomi some grandchildren and brought Naomi some money to live on.

As to the gay question so hotly debated here: as a Christian after much study I agree that some people are born gay. Its a result of the fall and in this case (in my theory anyway

) extremely complicated. It has to do with the fact that angels mated with humans. That and the fact that angels keep coming back over and over again because they are eternal. You can't put forever in the box that is time. Therefore, an angel can eventually come back female and actually be a male!

This continued on and now we have what we have today. That's my take on it.

I must say I have to give you credit for a very unique point of view. I wish more people thought outside the box in such a colorful manner. A society that embraced Homosexuals as recycled Angels would certainly have fewer bile spillers then the OPs video.

Well in case you didn't know, what the Christians profess to be the word of God is the Bible and it says in the Bible that god doesn't like homosexuality, and homosexuality is a sin. So, I guess this would explain why Christians feel this way.

No it says in the OLD testament not to lay with a man etc...
Jesus said " A new commandment I give to you..that you love one another" - so if they are calling themselves CHRISTIAN - aka followers of Jesus Christ..they'd be following CHRISTS commands...not the Old testaments Talmudic laws...none of the ten commandments aka Law of Moses that actual Christians abide by says a word about homosexuality.

I've said it before: how anyone thinks that "god", creator of universes, gives a # who sleeps with who is just beyond my capacity to understand. It's not true. Also, every Christian hating on gays usually are searching for cock on the downlow. Almost every time. This is why I despise religion. Before this gets locked. A guy in my course class is a member of this church it turns out. Said he was shocked out of his mind as well and was getting ready to leave before he finished what he said

The protesters has gone up to 900+ people, The guy said he will great them and welcome and invite them in same as the pastor.

I feel if this is taken and a rebuttal is there it needs to bne issued ASAP by the pastor and a clear stance made on what he really feels

I also think if he does not feel that way then he chose a very dumbass way of saying things. But it is NC where they swear they are defending marriage but make a mockery of it by getting married just so they can have guiltless

This is what I love about religious people, not all people, mind you, but they completely disregard the fundamental teachings of their religiions...which is love everybody. Every religion that I know of promotes peace and happiness. There will always be religious extremists, and this is a perfect example.

Im gay, i dont try to push it in anyones face. i have however had hetrosexuals trying to push thier lifestyle in my face which is sad because it should be a case of live and let live. There are gays that push it in your face i will admit that, there just seems to be alot more hetros who try to push theier lifestyle. I can never understand why the bible has to always been taken so literally, it was written in a different time. I have a problem believing a god of love would ever class me and my partner trying to make each other happy and trying building a life together as a sinful and evil. In fact I have a problem believing anygod would hate any of his children. He made homosexuality possible, in humans and across the animal kingdom. I was never asked if i wanted to be this way but i wouldnt change it. I knew i was gay from the first time i heard the word. someone called me it as an insult in primary school when i was very very young, i had to ask what it meant and once i knew it just clicked.

If there is a god, he is infinately smart and cares enough to have created everything. that doesnt sound like the type of being that would hate anyone for being who they are. Ive always thought us homosexuals were kind of like natures birth control. a way to keep populations from becoming to large.

Hearing spews like this in this day & age, from those in positions of influence & power , never cease to sadden & amaze me.

The only reasons I can come up with as to why they incite such hate, is they see some aspect of themselves in gays, they consider shameful, and forcefully fighting these fears in public gives them a false sense of balance. Add to this the power this feeds their egos, only further confirms to them they are doing the 'right' thing.

Love ,is something that is every human beings divine right.
If I were gay, I couldn't imagine the hurt & confusion I would feel at being told the way I love was sinful, unacceptable & evil. Real love is the most pure, sanctified emotion we can feel as humans. It radiates far beyond the two people that share it, & makes the world a much more beautiful place. I personally have only experienced this love once in my life, many years ago, despite having many relationships before & since. Its this that has helped me realise the sanctity of it, & to be truly grateful for have ever being fortunate enough to have experienced it.
Although I've never been with a woman or been attracted to other women, if I truly thought I could experience that true love again, I would do so in a heartbeat. Love is what it is.
And I certainly wouldn't want anybody feeling they could judge me or my perceptions, & tell me I was wrong.
