Doesn't represent the people of the nation though. Just as the confused people in the Arab states that want Americans dead because of America's foreign policy. At the end of the day, it's always the regular folk that take the brunt of the top's manipulation, and the acts they commit in the name of the people. Whether or not the people agree with it.
