You need to read the thread. You really are way off on all of this.

Allow me to use your logic in another scenario

If i were to walk outside and pick up a pamphlet that I wrote 20 years ago that stated the capital of Florida to be Miami when it is instead Tallahassee, I would need an eidetic memory to be able to notice that fault. Furthermore, if I do not have an eidetic memory and still correct the Flordia's capital to correctly read Tallahassee , than I must be covering up something. I could not have possibly remembered such a fact 20 full years later.

I don't think I can see any logic here- the comparison of the capital of Florida to the birthplace of one of dozens of people you are doing a bio for is just weird.

- for the state example you gave, it is clearly a factual checking error- unfortunately, at the time, in this example, the birthplace of Obama had to be given by someone (it would not be something you could verify easily like the capital of a state........................), so A PERSON had to tell her this information- it could have been given as Kenya (whether correctly or incorrectly) or she could have made a "factual checking error"- either way, there is zilcho chance she remembered this specific error, twenty years later, out of a bio of dozens

This reminds me of a story.

There was a war, between Michigan and Ohio over Toledo.

Eventually Ohio won Toledo, but there are artifacts out there, wooden crates and things that say ship to "Toledo, Michigan".



So, if I found something like that, and I did not know the whole Ohio vs Michigan war over Toledo story, I might assume it was a typo. but the truth is, at the time, Toledo Michigan was correct.



So maybe there is a back story to this, such that it would make sense if we knew the whole story. Unfortunately everything about this guy is a big secret...

Thats some unintelligible mental acrobatics you just pulled on me, but let me put it this way.

If the pamphlet said you were born in Tallahassee when you were actually born in Manhattan, would you need an eidetic memory or even access to a computer to know it was a fact checking error?

Your scenario might be the most rational one I have read for a few pages now. However, I disagree that everything about Obama is a big secret. You only perceive that there is a secretive nature to him because you do not know enough about him. This is not an error on Obama's side, but rather yours.
