But i have followed the stories, the headlines.... when they don't go away, when they keep presenting evidence,

I do agree with the idea that neither party properly investigated this guy when he began running for president.
Just what do you base that on? Any evidence for that claim?
the dems should have brought it up, investigated it, just to avoid future disgrace. the republicans should have used it as the campaign a-bomb to win the election. neither happened, why??
Because they all knew (like most people) that Obama was born in Hawaii and is the legal POTUS.
Why would they bring up a silly birther conspiracy theory not based on any facts at all?

This booklet states clearly he was born in Africa,
his own wife states he was born in Africa
...just saying Hawaii repeatedly isn't going to change the fact of that.
The evidence that he was never properly investigated is the fact that he is now a POTUS from Africa.

A Publicist pamphlet is used for a lot higher level actions, then your year book is.

macman speaks truth.
I know my HS yearbook was put together by a student yearbook committee, as are most. A publishing company has paid employees, and proof readers.....big difference.....

Any chance we could file class action lawsuit against this literary agency for false advertising? Itll be a win win.

I think it is the responsibility of the Obama admin to prove he is from the USA. What matters is the fact that they cannot prove he is American and therefore he is not eligible to be president.
its funny.. Cause it wouldnt be a "birther" claim. It would be.. "hey, you advertised your author being born in kenya when we 'believe' he was born in us.". They advertised him born in kenya. If he wasnt, its false advertising. If he was.. Then they would explain how they knew.

Make sure you get poor Orly Taitz to be your lawyer, she has had good success with her silly birther court cases so far!

except for the fact that he has proved he is an American, and thus is the legal POTUS.
Care to show any real evidence that would stand up in a court that he is not the legal POTUS? Any at all?
