Reading this should not be all that surprising to many of us.

I would think many here have been also reading the past several Presidential Executive Orders which deal with FEMA and their ever increasing powers for dealing with the population of the U S.

If anyone has not read through them; they should do so as soon as possible.

I began making "provisions" several years ago so I am about ready if they are.

In an effort to bring some of those not familiar with this topic up to date, I am placing a breif discription of these executive orders below.

When put into context with the topic of this posting, things began to get pretty scary.


EXECUTIVE ORDER 12148 created the Federal Emergency Management Agency that is to interface with the Department of Defense for civil defense planning and funding. An "emergency czar" was appointed. FEMA has only spent about 6 percent of its budget on national emergencies.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10990 allows the government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10995 allows the government to seize and control the communication media.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10997 allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998 allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11000 allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001 allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare functions.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11002 designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11003 allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11004 allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be abandoned if contaminated beyond reasonable means of decontamination, and establish new locations for populations.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11005 allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11051 specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11310 grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11049 assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued over a fifteen year period.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921 allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months. The Federal Emergency Management Agency has broad powers in every aspect of the nation.

From what i get from this is that its more than likely a contingency plan solely for the US Well im in the UK so my fingers are crossed for you guys.

Soldiers in USA took an oath to fight all enemies foreign and domestic... Now I ask the miltary members of ATS, do you consider the general population here the enemy? If you were given orders to detain your own people without just-cause would you? I would like to think that people would stand up for their beliefs and not just follow orders...

Now think about this... could it be that this thread, Minnesota county sheriffs give occupy protesters weed to smoke, is part of this whole 'concentration camp' scenario. Is it a stretch to assume this could be TPTB implementing a local program that plants a seed in these protesters minds, that cops/authorities can and should be trusted... that cops/authorities can provide people with what they need? Cops/constables/sheriffs have to be militarized and must help in this scenario. I don't think it's ethical at all for these authorities to conduct this "research", especially with no medical oversight, no review board on human subjects.... and no written consent. They can easily be sued. But of course, these protesters don't have a clue, or money. (I work for the largest clinical research organization (CRO) in the world, and have been in clinical research for the past 5 years.)

Authorities - "People of (insert town/city), come willingly to the compound and we will provide you with shelter, food and water."
Person - "It's true, they provided me with marijuana when I 'just wanted to get away and forget about the world.' Let's go to the compound, I'm hungry."

Yes, very cunning. Because they have to make the population willingly comply. If they force it, they will find resistance, and chaos will ensure. They will play the part of nurturer. They will tell you they are here to help. They will follow orders. They won't answer questions truthfully. They think they are being protected and are 'in on it.' TPTB have done this before, they are historians, and they are trying to get it just right, as they have failed in the past.

Is it a stretch? or is it connecting the dots? or is it something you can't bring yourself to believe, like other populations from the past, while millions were being exterminated?

Most people are followers. Just look at the authorities in the linked thread, they don't know what the hell they are actually doing... evaluating people on drugs to better acknowledge users on the streets?!?! They just smoked dozens of people out and put them back on the street.... THEY ARE CREATING THE PROBLEM!! They are just following orders, from who? What brain(s) thought this up? This can't be the actual purpose of this DRE program. Nothing is as it seems. You have to see through the bullchit to discover the truth.

Keep watching for the continued war against the 2nd amendment. If they succeed on that, this is going to move quite quickly. Hopefully Obama doesn't win re-election.

This is nothing less than the total destruction of the Republic and it's amazing how long this has been a central tenet of our government. Despite the executive orders already in place, and despite the failure to even be able to pass a simple budget, THE CONGRESS has been passing martial law legislation of their own.

From the Patriot Act to the John Warner Defense Authorization Act to the National Defense Authorization Act FY 2012, martial law is something both our democrat and republican representative politicians can agree on.

I had heard some chatter about a national police force a few years ago, but given the source, I did not give it much chance of being implimented.

It is saddening when you think about it, just how little we can do as long as we are kept separated.

Maybe we should find better ways to come together and build more influence and power.

Of course, this is what will get me, atleast, put on a "list". --- Again!

Yes, but the moment you show any sign of having the brass balls to take on the government in earnest, they'll throw you in detainment and either recondition you or silence you.

And that's the kind of fate we're all looking for, right? Lose our minds or lose our lives? Hey, if there's no proof of it happening...the government can do whatever it wants to us. If you're locked in one of the CIA holding cells, no one will ever know what happened to you.

You're as good as nonexistent.

Although really, if these plans were really that legitimate, don't you think it was a little careless to put the documents where we would find them?

This is either a red herring or an outdated version of the scheme. I don't trust anything that was found this easily...not if it's from the government.

Revelations already occurred ,After Alexander son of Philip, the Macedonian died one of his generals took over and his name was Antiochus the Illustrious, the son of king Antiochus. If you read about him it tells the story of what occurs in the book of revelations. If you don't believe it, read the book of revelations as the book says he already lived and died. So you see if you were to do some researching you would find out that all has already passed. The book of macabees will tell you the story of this man that already lived and fulfilled the book of revelations. That's why the world has gone on.

Your advice is sound, but did you think at any point that having a picture of yourself (correct me if I'm wrong) holding a weapon might be a slightly bad idea. I could see them looking for things just like that when compiling their "black-lists." It's not just what you say, but how you present yourself that is paid attention to. Remember, it has been disclosed at some point (can't remember where I read it, so I can't link it) that SigInt units pay special attention to ATS (especially the Gold members).

This should become this Xmas's top selling toy then.....

So here's a question for all of you who's statements show that your immediate reaction will be to fight:

Do you have families?

Children of your own or others that you raise?

How do you plan to protect them and their freedoms by "going out in a blaze of glory", or basically dying?

Why is it so reprehensible to you to prepare but not immediately take action until you have a better understanding of the situation?

I'm not asking this out of cynicism or to start an argument. I'm genuinely curious.

The reason being is that I, as a single father of an almost ten year old daughter, am more than willing to fight for my rights, and the rights of my daughter's. I'm more than willing to take one of the many firearms I own and put them to use if absolutely necessary.

However I am not willing to leave my child orphaned and to the whims of the government should something like this happen. Who would protect her then? Who would teach her about the rights she has, even as she sits in an internment camp.

Maybe you all don't have families or children you feel you must protect. I envy you in a way, it would be nice to know I could go martyr myself and leave no one behind - but I have people have to protect, and I'm not sure that immediate resistance and death is the way to do that.

How would my daughter learn the value of fighting for her freedom if her only example is her dad dying in a hail of bullets, dropping into a pool of blood and gore, in front of her eyes. Or the entire neighborhood doing that. Sounds like it would teach any young kid exactly what we don't want: keep your head down because the risk isn't worth the gains.

My gut feeling is that the vast majority may just have to endure it. So we can continue to quietly teach our children the importance of what we -willingly- gave up to ensure their safety, so that we, and they, have a chance to rise against oppression later.

History has taught us that unless the oppressors are willing to eliminate the local populace entirely, eventually they get overthrown. And if the goal -is- to eliminate the local population, by which I mean us, then what's the point of internment camps?

In regards to your exact example: last I checked there are still those of the Jewish faith, and Semite descent around, so yes...I'm pretty sure Hitler and the Third Reich did not succeed in killing them all. I never said oppression ended from internal rebellion only.

Also you failed to answer the question I was posing. Asking your own is fine, but asking one while completely dodging the other is pretty useless.

And after the 'Illegals'??? Where are 'They' going to send U & I who are 'Citizens'??? As a Christian I believe what Scripture says & develop my Faith in Christ & believe what it says about the 'End Times' we seem to be in at this time.
