The point here is that any death caused by an illegal could have been avoided. If you lost a child or husband or wife or parent or brother or sister or anyone you love because of someone who shouldn't have been here in the first place, how would you feel? Numbers wouldn't matter, your deep grief would matter. The injustice would matter.

That's a loaded question. The death of a loved one always hurts. Would it hurt any less if they were murdered by someone with a work permit, green card or US passport?

Regardless of whether it could have been avoided or not, it doesn't give you the license to lie.

There will always be murders wether one is illegal or not, the point is that the 'illegal' shouldn't have been here. We all know there are many deaths caused by illegals you just can't deny that. Losing a loved one would hurt no matter what, but knowing that your loved one could still be alive if it wasn't for the illegal being here is even worse.

One man in the video lost both his wife and little girl at the same time. They were coming from a dance class and got run over by an illegal. One young lady lost both her legs because of an illegal. There are many more heart breaking stories in the video. It is a very powerful and important video. My heart goes out to their families that are left behind.

Only if you focus on that sort of thing. It seems you do which is why you feel the need to push this agenda.

No one is denying that these murders take place. The problem is that you are arguing from emotion and it seems that you feel that inflating the numbers justifies the end. What is wrong with the truth? Why the need to claim tens of thousands instead of a more realistic number, if not to manipulate?

I merely posted the numbers in the video. I don't know the exact the numbers. People are losing their lives to illegals, that is the important thing to keep in mind. I feel a need to stand up for all the lives that have been lost and their families. If one of my family members died because of someone that wasn't supposed to be here, I would hope that someone would stand up for my loved one and our family.

If you wanted to 'stand up' for the families, and if you wanted to 'stand' against illegal immigration, perhaps a better way than misinforming people on websites would be to spend your time writing letters to congressmen and the leaders in government and address your grievances with the government for not enforcing existing laws concerning the deportation of immigrants who are found in this country illegally.

if you wanted to do something that helps the families then perhaps send some money to help them financially in their time of loss, or do some petitioning in your community seeking signatures in order that you have more than only your voice when you write to your leaders.

But to misinform people on websites is not doing one thing to stand up for anyone. It is only a way to spread lies and hate against a group of people, most of whom wish you no harm, but only to seek the same American Dream your family had when they immigrated to the United States.

Illegals are lead in by corporate powers for cheap labor, taking American jobs. The illegals come with thousands of dollars (and are thus not poor) to pay for false IDs, residence, etc. so that can get hired. They will work hard for less because American dollars are worth far more. Years later they return to Mexico (or wherever) with large earnings. This screws over the States' economy in a number of ways: increasing poverty by giving American jobs to millions of illegal workers, handing free medical and legal representation to these illegals, policing and jail expenses to non-paying citizens, and finally the illegals returning home with American dollars.

Illegals in the States are clearly above the law, protected by the corporate powers (who we all know really run things nowadays.) They are allowed to stay illegally, even though this hurts the chances of law-abiding immigrants who have been waiting for years for the chance to move there to be with loved ones, etc. They can also steal IDs and commit MURDER and just be booted for it (after which they can sneak right back in.)

Imagine that! Why be a tax-paying, law-abiding citizen if you can just rip up your birth certificate, not pay taxes and get free medical, murder and rape, hit-and-run (whatever you feel like) and when you get caught you get FREE legal aid and either are released back onto the street or at worst are just booted out. Wow...talk about a deal huh?

Psychopaths, rejoice! Insanity is now!

These are sad, sad times that we live in...

It is never my intention to mislead anyone. It is never my intention to hate or spread hate. I do more than make comments on a website. Facts are that illegals are here in great numbers, many steal identities, use fraudulant documents, commit murder and other crimes. Facts are that we have existing laws that are not always enforced and that needs to be changed. Illegals come here without a health or background check and that is dangerous.

Many of them don't do any of those things. Many of them simply do a job and send the money they make to some other country. We're talking a couple hundred dollars a month. There are claims of 20 million illegal aliens in this country, if you're arguing against tens of thousands you're arguing that all of them should be deported because of the actions of less than 0.2% of them if we take the previous estimate of 30,000 deaths, the numbers get even smaller when you consider that's over a period of 10 years, less than 0.02%.

How do you feel about gun control? If all we have to do is get rid of a few million people to prevent thousands of deaths across the country we should be able to get rid of a few million guns to cut back on the deaths of thousands of other people.

You were asked to back up the claim that "tens of thousands of murders have been committed by illegals since 9/11". You can't. Nobody is disputing the fact that illegals do commit crimes but to just parrot a number mentioned on some random site or a youtube video is either naive or intentionally misleading.

I have exchanged enough posts with you to know that it isn't naivety. You have been repeating the same tired points for the 2 years that I have been visiting ATS. You have an agenda whether you care to admit it or not.

Wow. But we can't possibly have Voter ID laws or laws requiring people stopped by police to have ID, because this infringes on rights of illegals to act as every day Americans?

It's a sad day indeed when illegal immigrants have more rights than Americans, and an even sader day when they can get away with Murder.

I say, if someone is an illegal charged with a crime, treat them the same way as they would have been in their home country. If they're convicted, have them serve the time, and then deport them at the end of their jail term.

This woman was an illegal, hence broke the law just by being in the USA, but was upheld as a "woman of fine character?".

Yeah, they say she is a woman of good moral character after she leaves the poor guy to die.

Illegal immigrants are lured into this country by the corporations that are willing to hire them because they don't want to pay higher wages to legal citizens.

I do not support illegal immigration but they shouldn't be the ones to blame. If you're looking to blame somebody blame the corporations that hire them, and someone in this thread already posted that if the state really wanted to keep her in jail then all they have to do is file the paperwork. Something that they have not done yet.

All of your threads seem to be about the same thing, which leads me to believe that you have some kind of agenda.

Again, if you're looking to blame someone blame the companies that lure them and hire them.

That money is worth far more back home. They come to the States, take American jobs and take the money back at them for a large profit (as I explained above and you chose to ignore.)

Interesting how you choose to ignore facts so you can press on with your media-hyped political perspective on this criminal movement. Law-abiding, tax-paying citizens are suffering from this financially and in other ways. The US has an illegal gang called MS13 that’s spreading across North America. They actually murder innocent citizens just to prove that they’re worthy to join! The US has been sold out and is being ripped apart and people like you are here defending their madness! The problem will just continue to escalate until enough people pull their heads out of the sand to take a stand.

Looks like you've been watching a little too much Fox News. You should go outside and live life to the fullest
living in constant fear of other people from other countries is not good.

Go ahead and continue kissing Rupert Murdoch's ring though.

It's Not A Loaded Question,,,,,, How could it be? These people and I quote you below are here legally, or don't you understand the deference between illegal and legal?

I think it is you who does not understand what "loaded question" means. The answer to the question is that I would be saddened. What makes the question a loaded question is that the answer is the same regardless of the killers legal status.
