I live in Colorado. I have worked in nurseries or as a gardener since I moved here 15 years ago, there has never been a year like this. My Echinachia are about to flower!

Experiments Underestimate Plant Responses to Climate Change

ScienceDaily (May 2, 2012) — Experiments may dramatically underestimate how plants will respond to climate change in the future. That's the conclusion of an analysis of 50 plant studies on four continents, published this week in an advance online issue of the journal Nature, which found that shifts in the timing of flowering and leafing in plants due to global warming appear to be much greater than estimated by warming experiments.

Predicting plant responses to climate change has important consequences for human water supply, pollination of crops and the overall health of ecosystems. Shifts in the timing of annual plant events -- which biologists call "phenology" -- are some of the most consistent and visible responses to climate change.

Long-term historical records show that many plant species have shifted their leafing and flowering earlier, in step with warming temperatures over recent decades. Because historical records are not available in most locations and climate change may produce temperatures higher than previously recorded, however, ecologists often rely on experiments that warm small field plots to estimate plant responses to temperature and project future conditions.

Another thing I have noticed, or NOT noticed lately are the lack of Chemtrails. I usually see them all of the time, haven't seen one in about two weeks now, I think that is strange and possibly relevant

I'm not really sure, weather manipulation finished?? Me and my best friend, who work outside together all day every day, used to point them out, several times a day...Now, we both agree that we haven't seen ANY! even when we are not working together... I just think it is strange...maybe they are finished poisoning us, maybe they realize that fukashima will do it now...holy crap have you been reading anything about that??? Like I said earlier, plants will do their best to bloom again and as much as possible when stressed... I am all over the place here, but I work outside 7 days a week from (Feb. this year) to October or later depending on weather. I will keep on observing for sure. This time of year, I am usually just getting busy after two months of snow or rainy days...NONE this year, It feels like July to me, Good for business this year, but even my clients are noticing it, I have discussed this very same thing with some of them...though I leave out the chem trail part..don't want them to think I'm some crazy conspiracy theorist

I saw a video of a farmer .. some ex-pat, somewhere..not sure.. but he has had his homegrown "organic" food tested, full of aluminum and barium... his feeling on Chemtrails were that they were doing everything possible to keep us from eating food that isn't poison, regardless of where we bought the seeds, how and where we grow it. Scary #... I'm so tired of hearing about all of this scary #, that is all true!! I do however feel that the answers are also in the plants...okay going off topic a bit, but I feel, as well as many renowned botanists, historians, archeologists and authors that psychedelic plants were the reason we evolved from building the same tool for a million years, improving it slightly in the next million, and then BAM! cave drawings probably by the Shamans, taking hallucinogenics, we evolve to where we are now in 150,000 years... we need to keep studying these plants and taking them to evolve past this greed and warmongering. Two that I think are very important (besides psylocibin, which Leary theorized gave us language) are Ayahuasca and the lesser known Iboga... Iboga is very different and becoming widely known for its 'cure' for addiction...worked for me, yet took me to space..I tried re-setting the planet and was told by "Mr. Iboga" that there was a natural cure on this planet for EVERY ailment, but maybe not for long... Very powerful plant spirits. Plants sustain us, why is it hard for so many people to believe that they may have "souls" like us? Iboga told me he was the first human on the planet and was reincarnated into the 'Tabernath Iboga'... sorry if this is off topic, but I truly believe we need to get back to the ROOTS and EVOLVE past all of this scary #! It would be a lot easier to dismiss if many different people taking these same medicines had very different visuals, but they don't many are the same. It can't not be our own conscious directing the thoughts and visions...I was told, Clearly, that I was being spoken to and "these were not my own thoughts. These same vision were experienced by are shaman ancestors, thousands of years ago, now becoming evident in many cave drawings from around the world. Plants may save us, if not by showing us what is going on by looking at them...then ingesting certain ones will (some of us)

I would be rather curious to see the results in a controlled experiment using a few different factors.

For instance take a group of organically grown vegetation, one grown indoors with an air filtration system, UV grow lights, and water that is not "from the grid" per se, the other group exposed individually and combinations thereof to the Sun, outside air, and water "from the grid".

I am willing to wager that the indoor results would be a very healthy harvest.

Farmers need to enclose their crops and control the environment.
