his wounds don't look bad at all and he looked great in this new suit at his bond hearing today.

had he encountered me his head would have looked like a melon that had been thrown hard against a street curb.

How did the person have the foresight to take this image? I've been involved in assisting the victims in two instances of violence and injury, as a trained security officer, and at neither time did I have the foresight to get my camera out and record evidence. That's the job of the police, not the bystander who's primary job is to keep the injured as safe as possible.

I'm open to it all, because as they said, Zimmerman was still clearly the aggressor in this case. He pursued the boy, all Treyvon would have known is that there is a large man chasing him through a neighborhood.

But if it is proven then I would be willing to accept that both were acting in self defense. And I think that is a likely scenario.

IMO, Zimmerman was a wannabe cop with a hero complex. He made assumptions about an innocent person and acted on those assumptions for the egotistical sensations of glory and heroism. Treyvon acted in self defense against an unknown assailant.
Like I say though, that's my opinion.

I have also been in some extreme situations and the first thing i do is document by picture the events, as a trained by life individual, i have seen so many distortations of the events, that they are hardly recognized, another thing I wish to correct you on is the BIG MAN was Treyvon, 6'2" compared to Zimmermans 5'8" and this was no Boy, in a few months he would have been ready to be shipped off to Afganistan,

Your description of the events seem to be distorted by media reports who always try to sensationilize the story especially if it is a slow news week, and I believe Zimmerman acted in self defence against an unknown violent assailant, who sprang from the bushes punched zimmerman in the face knocked him to the ground the proceded to smash his head on the concrete path,

It really has never been established what Treyvon was observed doing, supposedly he was looking into windows when Zimmerman first observed him, and Zimmerman was on his way back to his vehicle when he was set upon, by a very strong young man, I know by the time I was 17 I had aproximately 50 street fights and was very capable of taking out anyone who was not at the top of their game, hopefully the truth will all come out in a trial and all of the speculation will be put to rest.

Also you DO realize how long after the incident its been that ya saw him in his suit right.......human body heals pretty darn quick.........

What is bad is that is probably the same attitude that got TM shot....... Like the cop that slapped the driver for talking back. Then the cop walks around the vehicle and slaps the passenger. The passenger yells out "What was that for!!!"

A 911 operator is not usually a Police officer, but a civillian, and between you and me most are incompetent, I was in a Nerve centre monitoring how 911 calls were being handled a few years ago in Florida, when a Elderly lady called in screaming that she had been knocked to the ground by" A Big Black Man" and he had stolen her purse and she was bleeding and needed help, the 911 operator put her on hold and was bending over laughing at her desk, and could hardly talk because she found the situation hilarious.

Now do you thing I would take any advice from a 911 operator with this knowledge under my belt?

it probably is...i remember getting out of hand with some city detectives in the past...once that gun goes off...if its fatal...you sure better hope it was no one important you killed.

Possibly. It sounded like 'coons' to me but I'm not a sound expert. If it was determined he did, which would be hard, it would make a racial case.

Did you know Zimmerman has called the police at least 46 times in the last year? He sounds like a paranoid delusional to me. If Trayvon was white this never would have happened. I am curious as to why on his website to get support he had a picture of graffiti voicing support for him, on a building that supports civil rights for blacks, and then removed the picture. I think that's suspicious. We know Zimmeran was on his way to Target when this happened. When he called police he said Trayvon looked like he was on drugs and acting suspiciously. How could he tell he was on drugs? Why did he get out of his truck and follow him? I found a statement from a black boy in Zimmerman's neighborhood that Zimmerman had falsely accused his friend of stealing a bicycle. He said Zimmerman would drive around the neighborhood and stare at people but when they tried to say hi he would ignore them. Even his purported friend who used to do neighborhood watch with him said he was over zealous. I'm not sure if this was racism necessarily but I am sure Zimmerman killed an unarmed boy all because he followed Trayvon on foot when asked not to. He told the operator, "They always get away". Trayvons girlfriend who was on the phone with him said someone was following him and he was scared so he ran from Zimmerman. If the tables were turned and Zimmerman were dead Trayvon wouldn't be prosecuted because his only weapon would have been Skittles and a can of Arizona Tea. In memory of Tray on I hope they give Zimmerman 20 years of taxpayer subsidized imprisonment.

One time I had a house in a gated subdivision and there was a man in a dark car out front watching my house. I walked up to the car and asked what he was doing aqnd he said getting numbers. I said do you have a permit to be here and he just looked at me. So I went back to my house told my wife to call 911 and I took my truck to the guard shack and asked the guard. She said that she called the Sherriff's office 30 min ago cause he ran the gate.
So I went back to the house (in a panic) the man was stopped at the stop sign at the end of our road, I rolled my window down and asked him to wait that the sheriff was on his way. The man drove towards the guardshack at this time I call 911 to report he is leaving the subdivision. I gave discription and color along with the tag #'s I followed him in my truck for 45 miles when 911 told me to quit following him that they would get him and there was a deputy at my house for a report. So I turned around. They lost the man and he had an unregistered car that was bought at an auction several months earlier with cash. The next monday I get to work and my office phone was dead. The repair man said my line was cut and wire was stripped on the ends. The man was tapping my phone lines. The police did nothing.......... So I bought a pistol cause the following thursday my front door was ajar.....I was robbed by a white man.

I'm still waiting for someone to tell me where and why it would be OK to attack someone for following you, and how it would not be considered assault in doing so?

Unless said person is threatening you, touching you, or provokes you in any matter - sorry guys, you don't have any case whatsoever.

Not sure what kind of street justice you people grew up on, but it doesn't work like you think it does. That is simply assault. If every paranoid nutjob turned and beat the crap out of someone they thought were following them, whether they could prove it or not, and got away with it - well there would be a lot more gang bangings even then we have today. It is ridiculous to think that any of you macho freaks would beat the crap out of someone for following you, especially not knowing if they have a weapon or not.

Case in point - following someone is not a crime. This is what we call - a free country. If he followed him into his personal home or onto private property, then we have a problem. If he waits outside for him and continues to stalk him - then we have a problem - but under the circumstances there is nothing wrong with following someone.

Time to get that through your heads guys. No matter how wrong you THINK it is - it isn't.
