Could you post some more targets, I would like to try. I accidently read to many posts before starting. If you could send me some new targets U2U or post some more that'd be great thanks.

Large/very large.

Dark blue and black.

Sound like metal clanks, machinery, diesel engine.

Taste like licking a battery.

Feels like cold metal.

It´s an object.

Flat vertical surfaces. Like a big long rectangular block. Boxy.

Function is storage or transport.

I don´t see much happening, it´s just there.

The emotion I get is one of being busy though.


I think it might be a barge or a containership.

It feels cold to neutral.

Object.

Crescent, banana shaped.

No direct purpose.

No activity.

Peacefull, happy, natural.

I think it´s a crescent moon or banana.

Not too sure about this one because I immediately thought of a banana, wich may have influenced everything else.

This is a really interesting thread - thanks! Its a lot more down to earth and realistic than some of the other remote viewing threads on ATS. I didn't really understand the example you made about predicting the future using images of the apple and bridge though - could you elaborate?

- So what kind of practical uses can remote viewing have then?

- How reliable is it?

- Are some of the more 'exotic' remote viewing stories a lot of nonsense then? How does the remote viewing community view some of these famous/celebrity remote viewers and their claims? For example, I remember one in particular about seeing a golden pyramid temple on an alien planet - but then being blocked from seeing any further? I'd be interested in hearing your thoughts!

Sorry to bombard you with questions - its just a subject I find really interesting, and I get the impression from your posts that you are pretty down to earth and realistic about your claims and beliefs.

The way I understood it is that by coupling two targets with two possible future outcomes, the target that is viewed will indicate wich outcome will manifest.

Well, I don´t want to claim I understand it, but that´s what I think he meant.

First, reliability has to do with so many factors it's hard to give a definitive answer. It really has to do with the strength of a team more than anything. If you wanted to do the targets solo for personal reasons you would not want to take on Intel type targets that need descriptions...you would more likely want to do something called Associative Remote Viewing. This is also related to the question you had about the future target.

Associative Remote Viewing Example >>>>

Lets say you want to know if the price of Gold will go up or down in the next three days so you can speculate. Then you would have your partner/judge pick out two targets that look NOTHING alike. Lets say she (your partner) picked an Apple and a Bridge as the two targets. She would then write "Gold is Up" on one target and "Down" on the other.

The targets are now set. She would now ask you which target she will show you in three days.

In this case all you have to do is get just enough data about one of the targets so that she could clearly see you were 'viewing' one target and not the other. If you described something metallic and possibly with lines and structure you would be describing a bridge and definitely NOT an apple. Even if your target data had 'bad' hits like wrong colors and fairies and bubbles it makes no difference as long as you have enough data that the judge can determine you had more hits on one target than the other.

Now, you MUST complete the circle. In three days she must show you one of the pictures as feedback.
The tasking here is important. The targets must not be similar in appearance otherwise judging will be impossible.

In this example you just predicted a future event by describing a picture. Voila, Associative Remote Viewing. You can see how it can be used for other things I'm sure.

I hope you read the original posts because I have to reference it here.

Regarding the lotto...I'm sorry to say that's just NOT how it works. I'm not trying to give you a cop-out answer here...I'll explain.

We know enough about how this works to say a few things here. Artistic talent and imagination are functions of the right-brain hemisphere. This is why it mostly feels exactly like imagination sometimes when doing an RV session...in many cases the only difference is that you 'feel' a bit stronger about the data than you would simply daydreaming.

Now, numbers and words and reading a clock for example are Left-brain logic functions. It is unfortunate but these two hemispheres of the brain do not work all that well together. It's the same reason I cannot set the target as "describe my the time on my clock".

In that example above the viewer may very well describe the appearance of the clock nearly perfectly and then have odd symbols in place of the numbers. Or it may have the numbers in completely random order.

The part of the brain that determines logical order and manages perception is different than the part of the brain that is used to 'receive'. This is the ENTIRE reason that we phrase things like we do in targeting....it's why I ask you what color you may see, then what other small small piece of the data puzzle you can perceive. If I simply ask you "What is it" then you have the data from your right-brain being accessed by your left-brain. The left-brain will then use logic-circuits to TRY and give ANY answer based on very little data. The catch is that it will ALWAYS give a guess.

Now, jump to the perspective discussion I posted earlier. Lets say the object you are targeting is perceived to be upside down. Your overall guess as to what it is would be way off if you only had 6 out of ten good pieces of data to guess from.

The bottom line is this...we can only go so far ( at this time ) as the right-brain and left-brain issues with separation allow us. When we figure that one out and learn to deal with it we'll be ahead of the game.
This is the REAL reason that RV exists. RV is really a method..a process...to try and separate the two long enough to get data.

You are very close on your first target. But not quite. IF this were an Associative RV target you would have gotten it right.

The others are not on target. I suggest you not guess. Start with the questions I posted. Just get pieces of the data.... for most of the session you should NOT want to know what it is until the last question.

Look at my post about these targets. It has questions already there. Add more if you think of them. It's just an example.

Your preliminary feedback is that you are about 15% correct. Ignore your results and try this experiment. The target is not as simple as an Apple (so to speak). Let go of the data you have already gathered. You did get some hits but ignore those even.

Take a break and answer these questions just as you are drifting off to sleep.... exactly at this time.

Is this a natural or man-made target? Natural / Man-made / elements of both

Is there a current purpose relative to the target? Purposeful / Random / describe

If I were standing at the target what would I feel? Temperature? Vibration? Wind? Sounds? Voices? Danger? Safety? Peace?

If I touched the target what would it feel like? Temperature? Vibration? Wind? Sounds? Voices? Danger? Safety? Peace?

Is there any action relative to the target? Is it a place? Is it a stationary object? Is there motion with / at / or relative to the target?

Are there any forces at work ? Natural / Man-made? Or Nothing?

What would I personally feel like if I were at the target during the time the picture was taken?

In case someone mentioned this already, you only use 2 four digit coordinates for each subject. Start over.

The targets have been assigned these numerical values. The only issue that may arise is that someone else, in history or the future, used these same numbers for a target.

Ok. Let's not start off on the wrong foot here. We are on the same side. If you like RV, are interested in it, trying to learn it, then we are brothers.

This is not an armature attempt to create a thread of interest. You have clearly not read the entire post.
And don't say you have because it is clear you jumped into the middle.

The fact that you listed Dr. Courtney Browns website is interesting to me. Have you any idea of his history in the field? Don't get me wrong, I'm a fan of his, but seriously. There are way to many speculative arguments there to suggest it to new-b's.

Don't get bogged down by one set methodology without understanding the true purpose of the protocols. I mean to say that Dr. Browns methods are one of many many versions available. An in particular I am trying to convey ARV here in this thread because it is the most simplistic version.

CRV is just too complicated and advanced to even attempt in a thread and truly needs a training session (or many). It has no place here at ATS other than a simple explanation. Even so, you need a team to do CRV otherwise you fall prey to AOL in vast quantity.
