And it's cheap. And there has been no demonstrated advantage to taking more expensive forms. In fact Ester C which was such a big deal several years ago when it came out because it's not acidic and supposedly more concentrated has finally been shown to be less absorbable than your good old fashioned low end drug store vitamin C. So enjoy!
Take whatever dose you decide on equally spaced throughout the day with meals. It's rough on the stomach if you take a lot but over time you get used to it.edit on 16-4-2012 by Hillarie because: I thought of something else.edit on 16-4-2012 by Hillarie because: misspelling

My personal story. I started taking Vitamin C "megadoses" (3 grams a day is far from a megadose though. I think primates in zoos are required to have a body-weight equivalent of 3,600 a day) after reading Linus Pauling's material and it made sense. Took it, and felt transformed within days. A week went by, two weeks, and I was raving to friends about it. As I studied it more, and found out how little the public is actually told (some of the data is common knowledge, like we should take a glass of orange juice to beat back scurvy) it was a wonderful addition to my life. Have taken it habitually for 17 years now and all is fine (every day, even when fasting, for 21 days once - patting self on back - I took it in powder form. Apparantly long-time users shouldn't miss a day or brusing occurs if I'm not mistaken, the body gets so used to it that withdrawing it creates a minor illness-shock) . And I guess I'm still raving about it.

It means, quite simply, you fear change in your life.
I had the same dream as a kid, and still do every once in a while.
You can just google it, or search a book on dream interpretation.
Pretty common dream, actually.

I've kown that for a bit now. The only thing that I've heard is the FDA want's to reclassifie vitamin C as madecine and not a vitamine. Which in turn will make it unavailable to most. Way to go FDA...hope you all burn in hell.

Excellent book by Pauling called "Vitamin C and Cancer", you'll also read how the FDA screwed over his tests. If you think the FDA is here to protect you think again, it's all about Money and Lies. Big Pharma and much of the Medical Profession are about Money and Lies. Now they want to Take Over the off the shelf Vitamins and Supplements for our own safety because we're all so stupid...lol The last report I read Vitamins and Supplements killed something like 6 people in 6 years while Prescribed Drugs Kill Over 100,000 People Every Year. What we should be doing is suing these basterds into bankruptcy.
Instead of taking Vitamin C several times a day as it only stays in your system 3 hours, take Timed Release Vitamin C without rosehips as it's good for 8 hours. It's all about MONEY!!!
