The solution to the whole mess is very simple. Produce the original before 10 or 20 people from both sides and end the controversy once and for all! Unless there is something to hide there should be nothing to fear, right?

That is not true Spoor... all documents in the US are not hidden... the wife and I went to get copies of each of ours (in two different counties) to get passports.

We were both shown the 'original' copies of our birth certificates. Have you ever asked to see yours?
