First of all, Abercrombie never stated that he could not find Obama's birth certificate, what he did say was that those records are kept by the Hawaiian department of health. Abercrombie did confirm that their was a birth registered in the State archives:

He never stated that he could not find a birth certificate on record, governors don't have access to this in Hawaii, only the Hawaiian health department.

As for Tim Adams, he was a Honolulu senior elections clerk who claimed that his supervisor came over to him and told him that Obama's birth certificate was not on record. To date Adams has not provided any evidence of the sort to back up his claims, this supervisor of his has not come forward at all:

Government agency not cooperating with eligibility investigation.

A request for original documents by a group investigating the eligibility of president Obama has been turned down by The Selective Service System in a move that is sure to court more controversy.

Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, leader of the probe into the authenticity of the now notorious Obama birth certificate, announced earlier this month that he had cause to believe that Obama’s Selective Service registration form was also a forgery.

Arpaio asked for a response from the federal agency within 30 days on whether or not it will provide a hard copy of the original document.

The Selective Service System has now replied to the request with a three-sentence letter from the office of Selective Service Director Lawrence G. Romo.

“This Agency has no evidence that President Obama’s 1980 registration is not authentic,” wrote Richard S. Flahavan, associate director of public & intergovernmental affairs.

“However, if you have any credible evidence to the contrary and believe that a Federal crime has been committed, we suggest that it be turned over immediately to the Federal Bureau of Investigation to pursue,” the letter concluded.

Unsatisfied with the agency’s response, Arpaio has addressed another correspondence to Romo.

“If your office has the original, authentic Selective Service registration form for Barack Obama from July 29, 1980, please indicate whether or not you are in possession of this document,” Arpaio wrote.

“If the document is in your possession, please make it available for inspection by my Sheriff’s Office investigators. We will travel to your facility to analyze it.”

Arpaio asked for a further response from the agency within ten days.

In his original March 19 letter, Arpaio explained that the document location number and several other identifying factors indicate that Obama’s Selective Service Form was created in 2008 and has been altered to appear as if it dates from 1980.

The Selective Service System response indicates that, much like Hawaii’s Department of Health in regard to the birth certificate, the agency is refusing to comply with requests to allow public inspection of the original document.

Arpaio has also pointed out that Obama’s original Selective Service registration has previously been released at least twice in response to Freedom of Information Act requests, so it makes NO sense for the agency to WITHHOLD the document from law enforcement officers and court-approved, forensic experts.

I've had some email correspondance with Arapaio and yesterday i spent five hours with rogers ferguson, a fairly prominent deputy director with the senate.

I essentially told sheriff joe he was all fluff. The media is supressing this to an extent but in reality they are supressing nothing. Its joes fault. He says he has probable cause on election fraud and forging identity documents. My question which wasnt answered was "Why not get a warrant and force him to provide the originals or outright charge him with election fraud. Makes sense right? He has all of these bullets in the gun but he wont even take the safety off. Why? He either doesnt have anything legitimate and hes just harassing the potus, he does have real evidence and hes getting his ducks in a row and dropping a nuke when the entire picture is painted or hes actually performing a task for obama. Putting out a ton of circumdtantial info hoping to destract the public and the republicans and once they get into a frenzy he springs the real docs snd makes them look stupid.

The bottom line is if he had probable cause he could get a warrant. And it would be national news. But he doesnt have anything real thats why he isnt pressing it. I wish he would because i have qualification questions i need answered.

So you have had some correspondance with Arpaio himself? That is great and cool "DrJay1975". Respect for that... I have deep respect for Arpaio's work and his team of serious investigators in cooperation with document forensic experts who determined the "Hawaiian Birth Certificate" and Selected Service Card as hoax. You say he doesn't have anything real? Of course he has, but he is not accusing Obama for that "crime". I don't know who these experts are who cooperates with his investigation team, but they are probably not the only experts who determined the alleged "Hawaiian Birth Certificate" as hoax.

From about 0:30 into this speech by Arpaio, Arpaio says Obama's online posted documents are forged, and that he believe that the result of the investigation that there is enough probable cause to say that a crime have been committed, but he also says that he is not accusing President Obama for the crime.

Arpaio is not accusing Obama for the crime, because it is not known who could have posted the obvious faked "Hawaiian BC" and the obvious faked Selected Service Card online.

There seems to be other document experts who also determine the "Hawaiian BC" as hoax.

Dr. James David Manning interviewed Doug Vogt, and Doug Vogt also determined the "Hawaiian BC" as hoax

In March 2012, Sibley also filed his suit with the U.S. Supreme Court, stating that the district court had been "too slow" in considering his case.

Berg lost his case against Obama, and in case Sibley haven't lost yet i think Sibley also will lose the case as well.
Attorney Stanley Hilton also lost his case against George W. Bush.
It's very difficult to win a case against a President and the Government. The President and the Government will get away with it, no matter what.

Wow... ESC... I had maintained some respect for you until now, but frankly and respectfully, your statement that the Sheriff of Maricopa County Arizona "cares nothing for the consitution" is again "only" your opinion and to which you have absolutely no proof.

If we want proof of 'caring not for the consitution', one most only look at the POTUS, AG and his 'gang' of anti-second Amendment minions who promoted and approved the ILLEGAL and UNCONSTITUTIONAL debacle of Fast and Furious.

Millions here believe and trust the Sheriff, and many other Sheriffs and law enforcement officials and officers in Arizona who daily put thier lives on the line to protect us from the FLOOD of criminals flowing into America from Mexico.

If you're referring to the racial profiling case against Sheriff Arpaio and the MCSO, then at the moment, yes you are correct... but that issue is far from being settled and I believe will eventually shown to be a political attack and expunged by a higher court. Give it time for all the information to come out.

It is painfully obvious that President Obama openly supports illegal immigration and has worse than done nothing has in fact has spoken openly and given support to it.
Illegal immigrants, many of them criminals and mules for drug cartels continue to pour into Arizona daily.
Then the Presidents soon to be proven criminal and minion AG Eric Holder (who will at some point go down for his approval and involvement in Fast and Furious and Obama is running hard and fast to erase his fingerprints from it and wash the blood from his hands from the border agent being killed by the illegally 'walked guns'... ) attacks the Sheriff of Maricopa County and get a ruling (which very well may be overturned in the future) and this is a continuing political battle as I type.

Now, if you mean that, it wasn't listed as Neil vs Wake in my info... but I do believe the Judge (who was appointed by President Bush) is named Neil Wake. Thus, there are politically motivated charges against the Sheriff and the MCSO.

I'll stick with the investigation as "I" do not trust nor buy the fact that politicans in Hawaii could not, would not lie, and then as a matter of interest, although there have been many forgeries to date by anti-Obama agents, the BC on the website is still a highly likely forgery.

This will not go away, and the "ONLY" way to settle this is to have the original BC viewed by an impartial panel.

I have read thru all the information by both sides, and I still support a full investigation based on probable cause.

BTW.. although always dismissed by the Obamaites, it has never helped that the President has constantly refused to produce documents which I believe in the future should and will be required.

I don't believe he is a plant or spy, and I still believe the truth is a mother wanting to insure her son was 'born in America'... not to be President, but to be born an American... and I could care less that the President has ties to Islam... and franly, being black to me was very exciting as I witnessed history and had waited for the day a black American was elected President... btw... Also, I truly don't believe the propoganda that those who support the investigation are in a minority... what I see is a group against it being supported 99% by the media and under the radar Presidential pressure (see history and Richard Nixon and his attempts to squash information) and a group for the investigation who does not buy off on what has been dished up especially given all the issues discovered in documents and stories, and a huge chunk of the population with head A up Arse B and ignoring it all together.

So, I stand by the Sheriff and his policies and by the investigation.
