Yes they are sealed, please call them up and ask, ask if those types of records are sealed, ask if they released Martins to any media, ask if they ever had a police report on Martin. They'll answer you.

If someones on treyvons side or
zimmermans we can all agree
there was a HUGE conspiracy by
the MSM covering things up,
misreporting things, lies,
all this involved the POTUS
biden, holder, al sharpton, jesse jackson,
all in on this, and even the zimmerman side
has had its fair share of.
Right now as it stand, the info, we know,
there is not enough evidence to prove
zimmerman was not acting in self defense.

Florida has a public records law. They define "public record" as any record "made or received
in connection with the official business of any public body," the Legislature went even
further in section 119.011 (12), Florida Statutes (2008). This means the press just needs to ask for his records. People assume there records are private reality is there not. The only thing thats hard to get is medical records. Now did you go to law school if so i suggest you go to West Law before you guess on what the statutes say. If you wish to debate this further i can start putting up cases from the Florida supreme court if you like.

PS you cant call and get records by the way that is not how you get public records you may not know how it works but the press does.

A better question would be is where did this information come from?
The Miami Herald claims they got the police report from the Miami School Police Dept.
Martin was a minor, records sealed...
The Miami School Police Dept denies it released any records should they have ever had such, they neither confirm or deny they have any record on Martin.
Also, if true it would mean Zimmerman tried, sentenced and executed Martin where he stood.

School records are not sealed there public record this is why rich people send there kids to private school. And your right his screaming wasnt heard on his 911 call it was on the witness who screamed at Treyvon that he was calling the cops because he saw one guy beating the other one up. Contrary to the popular belief it very likely was Goerge screaming or they managed to switch clothes during the fight. As for voice analysis that they think is evidence under stress or duress voice analysis doesnt work.In fact a cold can make voice analysis inaccurate. But on the other hand an eye witness that can testify under oath will hold alot of weight with the judge.

To be honest from a strictly legal point of view there going to have to let George go. But this isnt strictly legal any more since the court of public opinion entered this. Believe it or not this is a case to watch because if the prosecution doesnt have something up there sleeve that hasnt been released.Goerge will go free this is why manslaughter charges should have been tried instead the state would have had a fifty fifty chance of proving that. And that would hinge on the fact if you could get a jury to believe he purposefully started the argument that lead to Trayvons death. Which still makes me wonder why they didnt somethings wrong here trust me.

Your still wrong about which 911 call Trayvons screams for help were heard on before he was gunned down by zimmerman.....maybe you should try listening to all the calls. It was not the witness you think it was....it was a women speaking on the phone that the screams for help are heard on, not a male.

He wasnt a thug he was a typical 17 year old at that age we all try to act like a bad ass. It part of growing up the tragedy of this is usually someone shows your not as bad as you think and hopefully it doesnt involve a gun.The worst part of this is Treyvon died because he was a typical teenager.

Oh yeah i forgot about the third one also on listening to it i had a theory as to who the screamer was.Provided i was willing to throw out the eye witness there was a young boy watching this as well and i wondered if it wasnt him screaming for help. But thats speculating the same thing i try to tell others not to do.

The Justice Department is just buying time, temporarily, by charging Zimmerman. They have nothing to lose by charging him and everything to gain ...temporarily. The only reason they arrested Zimmerman and charged him was to shut all the "bruthas" up and calm them down. Just wait until the judge reviews the evidence in 3 or 4 weeks, and then based on the legal guidelines spelled out in the "Stand Your Ground" law, dismisses the charges. Oooo baby! The black community will go ballistic.

Im sick of hearing about the Black Panthers.......I just graduated from a Historically Black Colleg (HBC) in december. I took a few political science classes, and was usually the only white person in the room, if not building. When the New Black Panthers come up nobody in the class even knew they were still in exsistance. To black people the New Black Panthers are to Christians what Westboro Baptist Church is.

I challenge you to go out and ask the next100 black people you see....anywhere...and ask them if they support the New Black Panthers.....I bet at least 75 will laugh right in your face, and the other 25 wont know who the New Black Panthers are. Nobody takes the New Black Panthers serious except for Fox news. The New Black Panthers are a joke and the black community knows it.

was he is not a first degree
murderer...
YOU will not have his head..
No death penalty..
No one can have his head now
and that what my main concern
with all the crazyies calling for him
to get the death penalty and first degree murder..
Either way they now have a vey long and hard
process of proving anything...\

No grind jury indictment was the num. 1 win

Your right its a very small organization only a couple of thousand members.However this group is able to attract a large turnout of non-members (some of whom "may not even realize what this group actually stands for") to its events by focusing on specific issues of local interest.And in doing so will cause people to act in ways that would under other circumstances never be considered. So to say they have no influence isnt true they can have a real negative impact on a situation. And if i was Zimmerman id be real concerned about that bounty as well add money on the table and people do stupid things.
