The bottom line is that terrorists are watching the airports.

If they see that three year olds in wheelchairs aren't being selected from the lineup, guess what they'll be using to send their bombs through checkpoints?

Would you rather see a three year old and wheelchair being patted down by TSA or a three year old and their wheelchair in pieces on the airport concourse or in a field where the body of the plane landed after the bomb goes off?

I know my answer.

that child is too young for that kind of crap to happen. if i was the father, i would have patted down and swabbed the tsa molester before letting him put his hands near my kid. fair is fair you think terrorists wont be able to pay off a g.e.d. educated loser with a fake badge?

Maybe we should stop giving the terrorists visas to enter the country..so that way they are not able to sit in our airports and view the screening.

I am disgusted by this video.

But I am more disgusted by you so easily bending over..even begging for it.

Peace

I cannot imagine an employee telling his/her boss no to a business trip because they want to protest the TSA. Especially in today's economy, large unemployment rates means that ones boss may see their employees as more disposable. The HR department may literally have 1000's of resumes from people that would probably take less money and fly 7 days a week to take the job from the employee who refuses to fly in protest.

No one ever said fighting for freedom, liberty, and your rights was supposed to be easy. Everyone who fought in the past had to give up much more than just the potential to loose their jobs. It's called sacrifice. And if we aren't willing to make sacrifices in the name of freedom, then we don't deserve it. Americans have become to complacent in recent years. Must be all the fluoride in the water.

This is so ridiculous, why would you continue to search this little boy when the parents are talking calmly and reassuring their son. If he was smuggling any kind of explosives, I'm sure the parents would be quiet, unruly and probably be sweating bullets.

How we allow this to continue is beyond me. Our government leaders should be held accountable for passing such blatant unreasonable searches.

What about sniffer dogs? I've seen them able to find a C4 wrapper in a warehouse! Not even C4! Just the damn wrapper! Sniffer dogs discreetly sat there and various stages of your journey and metal detectors is all you need! You don't need to do this to children! I would never go to america while this is going on!

More state sponsored stupidity ...... if it was not actually happening it would make a great sarcastic comedy about the illusion of security.

I don't fly and if one of these guys would grab my junk I would moan, "OH BABY, OH BABY" at the top of my voice then I would be arrested ....

I mean the TSA pays about the same as McDonalds or a police officer and look at the quality of work you get! Too stupid to use your brain ...

I forgot ... THAT IS WHY THEY HIRE COMPLETE MORONS! but they can pass a drug test but not an IQ test!

Holy overreaction people.

That agent was doing their job and I think it was handled the best way possible. This is the world we live in. If you want to travel by air, you have to accept this.

Yes the Agent is just doing his job. So were the Nazis. The problem here is "the job". I also do not have to accept this. I can choose to not fly, and I will not fly through any airport that uses the TSA.

You think extremists wouldn't use any method they could think to slip by security? Guess again.

I would imagine they would. The problem is these "extremists" are not everywhere. They are a rather small group in comparison to the amount of people who fly and I would dare say not as much of a threat as you seem to think.

I had my, then, 4 and 7 year with me on a plane trip a few years ago after 9-11. We got selected for random search, all 3 of us. I told my kids before the search that the guards needed our help to keep everyone safe on the plane by practicing searching. I went first to show is was easy and safe. No ogling, no groping, nothing perverse happened to my kids. I was standing within arms length of my kids the entire process. Was it a hassle? Yes. But the only thing we "lost" was 10 minutes of our that we have spent just sitting on the airplane waiting to take off.

A few years after 9/11 there were different procedures in place. Today ,your children could be groped and it is well within the rules. A couple years after 9/11 not so much.

You people are out of your minds to say anything inappropriate went on. You all are making it sounds like they strip-searched the kid in a private room without the parent being present.

I am not suggesting anything inappropriate went on. I am saying this is wrong and not necessary at all. How many children in a body cast and wheelchair has been used to bring a plane down? None. Yet we allow this to happen because "it might happen", and one day "it might happen" that a horse gets hit on the road by a truck and flies through my front window. It's possible, it could happen, but it is very unlikely. Should I then search every car that comes down my road for horse attracting capability just in case?

Why can't we have privatized airports that do not care about screening. Guns are allowed, etc.
Anyone acts up and they are quickly "subdued".

My grandmother had to get a letter from her doctor because the TSA wouldn't let her go through security because her knee replacement set off their detector BS.

This video is apparently old, and the media is reporting that the TSA have since changed policies:

It purportedly happened at O’Hare International Airport, according to text accompanying the video. Not true, according to a TSA official. It actually was at Midway Airport.

The incident took place in the spring of 2010, well before the TSA in September 2011 eased its rules regarding screening procedures of children 12 and under, the TSA said.

I loved it when South Park ripped on the TSA last week. Hit the nail right on the head, for those that missed it, this clip sums it all up.

It was a little over the top with the cavity search, but fifteen years ago, airport security groping a woman's breast and feeling a 3-year old for contraband would've been seen as absurd.

Bet all it would take is another false flag with a razor blade concealed in someones behind to get the public to accept cavity searches with a smile.

The real bottom line is that the illusion of security is not real security........ never mind that during the governments own security tests found the gun got through 100 percent of the time ....... Do you really have a clue?

Blow up a plane and kill 100-300 but blow up a school football or basketball game, the mall, a store .... there are many other targets that the terrorists would attack if they were really at all out war with the USA...

remember the snipers that drove around killing ... think what would happen if a dozen Islamists would start sniping across the country .... talk about disruptive to our way of life.........

please understand that if we are really at war with these nut jobs you can not stop them in a free and open society ....... hell the FBI could not or did not want to stop the abortion clinic bombings that plagued the US before 911......

well that is my 2 cents worth.....

OAXACA, Mexico - The elder daughter of U.S. President Barack Obama is spending her spring break in the historic Mexican city of Oaxaca in the company of 12 friends, a state police official said.
The young tourists, including 13-year-old Malia Ann Obama, are staying at a downtown hotel in this city famous for its colonial architecture and well-preserved native American traditions, the official said.
"We are here to block access to the hotel by other people and escort the vehicles that are carrying the visitors to tourism sites," the police official told AFP under the condition of anonymity.

Rats, the episode went up last week and the clip must've been uploaded recently.

Here's a link to the vid from the official site:

South Park Studios - TSA line at IHOP Clip

For those that won't click, the video shows Cartman waiting in a TSA line to a bathroom at IHOP. Hilarity ensues.
