US will start a fight,(it was my mistake to writte war, sry),get ass kicked and retreat.

and to say Vietnam isnt loos i can only LOL.

and for N.KOREA i can give US army equal

Please first Somlia wasnt even a war. But lets look at the outcome of the fire fight. 18 Americans dead and between 1000-5000 somalias dead (yeah we got our a$$ Kicked)

Beirut Im dont have much information on this so called "war" So im thinking it something Somlia but I could be wrong

N Korea we never left Korea we kicked there butts up the Korean peninsula but then it really turned into a war with China and N Korea vs the US. It still ended what in could only be called a tie. We had around 30,000 deaths with NKorea and China with about a million deaths.(yeah we got our butts kicked there too)

Vietnam was a loss at the hands of the American people not the VC.It was not a popular war with the american people that is what ended the war.

Iraq 1 biggest one sided victory in history of war(nuff said)

Iraq 2 not over yet and we aint going anywhere soon.

What about the wars you happen to leave out too.

I was asking because I noticed one of the pouches was open on the bottom. One really fell out
I think I would have ran too.

, and that is me now
. I also did 2 years in the Polish armed forces:p

Nice to meet you too.

I am also of Ukrainian descent but I consider it Russian all the same. My family came to America at the time when it was all the USSR. So I guess part Russian and part Ukrainian if i where to get technical. I dont think I have any family that lives in the Ukraine anymore.

I was born in the US and have lived here all my life.

Don't worry, being on the same page as my post doesn't classify you as a "foreign-hater."

I was referring to everyone else.

You're a very knowledgable and intelligent member of ATS, unlike most of these other "I kiss U.S.'s cute ass" members.

I have to addmitt I dont know much about the Unit GROM. From what Im reading them seem to be a very elite group, training and working along side the US SEALS. It also seems they played a part in the first Gulf war before they were even called GROM. That was new to me I never knew that thanks for the information

I see they are using the MP-5 in that picture you posted. I am always suprised just how many countries use that gun. 9 out 10 special units temas cant be wrong.

Special forces are a very important factor in the war on terror. Its a very unconvential war which needs these types of forces to fight it.

I as a American are thankful for the Polish peoples help in both Afghanistan and Iraq. I really got mad when Kerry left out Poland and then when people tried to make fun of that fact.

Its times like this when you find out who your allies really are in the world.Poland has been one of US staunchest allies on Iraq. Polands actions have even caused a rift with its European partners Germany and France. In my opinion they arent the greatest allies anyway.

But America will not forget the help of the Polish people or any of our allies.

PS. thanks for the complement sweatmonicaIdo I also feel you are a Valuable asset to the ATS community.

It's most likely true. The US needs the oil more than many other countries because of the high usage of vehicles. That's not a US major interest in Iraq but it is still an interest.

The Polish military is a very strong military. I work in Heidelberg at the 7 Army HQ. Out of all the different armies there I have to say the Polish and the Italians are some of the best I've seen. At the land combat expo their weapons and individual fighting tactics were shown off and it was amazing. On another note the HK-5 is used by many countries except Germany, the country that holds its origin.
