Think theyll rescind the nobel peace prize too?
Take away his citizenship per the NDAA as a foriegn terrorist for falsely getting to be president?
Perhaps he should order a hit on himself while hes still got a good reputation?
that way history will vindicate him......then they could ship him back to kenya too......

Actually, If you follow the breadcrumbs, he was born in Kenya, moved to the US three days after his birth, his father was never a US citizen, and his mother was 18 years old, which is too young to bestow citizenship on a child. Consequence, he is Kenyan.

The states are governed by a foreigner. Oh, the irony!!!

I am really glad this congressman is working hard to make our country better...Really? How did this loon get elected? Oh yeah, other goons... What a waste of time and tax money.

First off, if they are trying to impeach him, it's a little too late unless he wins the next election; second, most bills die in comitee or are so drastically changed they will make no differance. I'm not really holding my breath on this one. He's managed to slip through the cracks for 4 years including snubing a court order to apear for eligability hearings to go play in Vegas.

Just in time for a Romney Nomination, just to get their golden boy into the white-house.

You were guillible if you voted for obama. You are a fool if you think Libya was a good idea. You are a criminal if you support fast and furious, and you are a traitor if you still support him now. Any takers?

You know, I am rarely for new crimes being put into effect, but I hope that bill gets passed that makes it a crime to bring false impeachment against a president.

Yes, we should have the ability to remove a person from office.

But at this rate, its nothing more than silly. Each opposing political party is going to attempt to impeach each president going forward.

This type of thing does us no good.

Nothing will come of this!

It would be suicide for the Republicans to support this ( zero co-sponsors?) because it sets the precedent for Democrats to take the same actions against Republicans in power when they decide to take military action without congressional approval.

This is like shooting yourself in the foot.

It would be very good if presidents had to follow the rules. Impeachment against all presidents every time who break the rules. What a concept! Equality of law. (p.s. impeachment is allowed in the constitution, impeachment for bringing up impeachment, not so much. Maybe in third world dictatorships).

obama is president of the UN security council
he was introduced there as PRESIDENT OF THE WORLD
regardless of where he was born: right there he is impeachable
he was impeachable for Libya
he is impeachable for bypassing congress the other day re war
he is impeachable for the forged documents
(birth certs, social security numbers)
he is a real peach

now
he just rubbed their noses in it and now TO LATE ( its just for show) they are out of joint

they always create scandle when its time for a change to the other handed hegelian puppet

exit Bushbama enter bamaRomney
and I Thought everyone know wrasslin was fake

Just recently Barack Obama was sworn in as Head of the U. N. Security Council. The security council has the only real voting power in the UN. At the inauguration Obama was addressed as "President of the World".

This office violates the US. Constitution Article 1. Section 9. In which a President cannot hold dual office and still maintain the Presidency of the United States of America.

You all are so busy slinging insults back and forth (as usual) you aren't addressing the core of the issue:

Under US Constitution Section 2: Presidential powers

Clause 1: Command of military; Opinions of cabinet secretaries; Pardons

The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States; he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any Subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices, and he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.

The interpretation of the bold text is at question. It was once held that the President could deploy troops against a clear and present danger to the United States. Since Bush Sr., that slippery slope has been been getting slicker and slicker.
This impeachment resolution is addressing this fact. The office of president was never designed to create coalitions of war that the US was bound to fight for. The system of checks and balances exists to keep the President from using dictatorial powers that send the country to unprovoked war.

So the argument is still unsettled. Syria, a sovereign nation, is in the midst of a civil war.
1) How is this civil war a "Clear and present danger" to the United States?
2) Describe the legal justification which allows the President to commit the United States to war in Syria (in collaboration with other nations.)

It would also be great if the president could focus on the job instead of a bunch of partisan whining and accusations.

If there's an impeachable offense, I'm all for it.

Attempting to impeach because you don't like the guy? Downright stupid. And that is what all of this comes down to. The right pulled the same crap on clinton. "We don't like you, so we are going to try and impeach you". It is counter-productive and makes a mockery of what impeachment should be.

People calling for this always claim to be doing it for the betterment of the nation, but the fact is, this kind of thing is making our nation worse. As I always say, the president is impotent. And it is all because of schoolyard political tactics.

obama is president of the UN security council

Now this is an angle very few people bring up and should be touched on!

This is a clear, cut and dry way to get him out of office....but why doesn't more people on the Right work this angle?

Do they want him to take that roll as to perpetuate global government? Are they in on it?

You can always tell the "Nutters". It is like that Metallica song "Nothing else matters"

Trust I seek and I find in you(Republican Party shills and nothing else matters)
Every day for us something new(Something for you to not understand, or fear, or just hate, but still get mad as hell about)
Open mind for a different view(So long as it is our view)
and nothing else matters(things like the truth and reality)

There should be major consequences for this guy to pay WHEN this impeachment fails.

It was the same with Bill Clinton, GOP would only press for impeachment instead of actually wanting to work with the guy, the impeachment failed but there were zero consequences for the people who bought the impeachment forward.

This is the problem with frivulous law, there are vast sums of money spent defending yourselves against it and no consequences for the person who bought the suit.

If the suit fails, the person who instigated it should have to pay the costs of both sides.

I'll agree entirely with you in so far as there is no basis what so ever to impeach Obama at this point in time. If he invades Iran or Syria and the pretexts aren't rock solid...and they better be in hindsight, too
...then I think that all changes.

If Bush did it, and in Iraq at least, I entirely agree he did......and if Obama does it and gets away with it, where does it stop? Yesterday Iraq, today Iran...where are we going next? What nation does Romney really have it in for? The precedent will not only be set but confirmed. He might as well go for it by then. Or..whoever else becomes President.

It has to stop somewhere. So ...If Obama doesn't get us into a new war on false pretext, impeachment is absurd. Agreed. If he does though....Impeachment is the duty of Congress if they have any sense of it left among them.

One, Clinton WAS impeached, and actually was GUILTY. The problem was, they didn't push to have him removed from office as they should have, after all was said and done.

Two, just because someone loses, that doesn't mean the lawsuit was frivolous. There are many GOOD and legal reasons to impeach this man. This is one, the UN business is another, the forged past is another, and there are more. The fact that he's sent funds to the Muslim Brotherhood ought to be enough!

As for Bush, he HAD Congressional approval, including most of the Democrats that screamed about it later on. Like the decision or not, he did at least follow the process.
