You are jumping to conclusions. The white line could have been created by the film processing equipment since it was emulsion-type film and not digital. No shadow is being created, that just looks like a small crater in shadow. White lines plague lunar photography as can be seen in other photos especially some shot by astronauts.

In order to claim anomaly, you need something to see something that doesn't look natural. This isn't such. Nice find though.
