this just means we need to stop relying on something thats not always going to be there. heck get a mountain bike and ride to work if possible. use a bike to run around with, i do. well there is a reason why i ride a bike, no DL (stupid ticket i didnt pay). right now i am in better shape and can ride 5 or 10 miles and not really think about it.

its just one way to stop being bothered by a oil line getting blown up.

People correctly see that Iran (nation) has been historically abused and its people taken advantage, that the current and previous governments have been directly or indirectly empowered by the UK/USA interests in not only controlling the oil but keeping the region in perpetual conflict and dependent on external support.

There is also a normal expectation that history repeats itself and that a false flag is indeed created and it would be extremely naive not to understand that some powers must be intentionally working toward that end.

In this case I believe that if it was not Iran, it should have been. The strategy is sound, the nations that have the power and are actively engaged in causing harm to Iran would have to think twice if due to insecurity oil prices increased, putting an halt to any belligerent action. If I had some say on Iran national security I would have planed this and not only on Saudi Arabia...

I find it interesting that the same day RT do a story about US senators with clearance saying the Saudi Royal family played a part in 9/11, then a pipeline story appears.....

I see we still don't have any independent confirmation

Some pretty valid points here guys..
But don't you think it may have even ruptured on its own due to the USA pushing SA to ramp up oil production?
i mean the people could only produce 10Million barrels a month for a reason..
was their equipment not routinely maintained and risked a posed a higher risk of blowing its top?
this could also have made it easier for someone to just go in and set off the finishing touches..
but that's just my two cents..
all i know is that $5 a gallon is gonna be the tarantula up everyone's A hole the next few months

hi folks i saw couple interesting articles on the pipe line on press tv and one on collapsenet seems to be lot propaganda surrounding this western media denying the explosions claiming that its a hoax which i find hard to swallow. Could iran have targeted them as payback to the west or can you rule out even mossad being involved to green light attack on iran.

In the UK we're already paying the equivalent of $9.50 a gallon - give or take $0.50 depending where you buy. I look forward to the pump prices skyrocketing in the next few days

Agreed. $5 bucks a gallon here we come.
This is going to blow.

Here in the UK, a gallon of desil in pounds, costs around £7.50. In dollars, thats roughly about $9.75.
The british sheeple are taking it lying down while we're being robbed blind. Its a farce..

Told you. Iran and other dissent groups are to start targeting oil to the west. They can quickly and easily knock out the West's economy by bringing gas prices to 5 US Dollars. If the average price (all around the United States , and 8 Euros all around the European Union) would collpase the economy of the US and Euro nations.

When will the United States Senate, Congress, and Prez listen to Ron Paul. They have been doing this for thousands of years, a democratic middle east is a pipe dream. The govt. and people have to get serious about a new energy policy. Next kill the fed, use a gold standard. Now we will not have to police the world and worry about this mess. Bring the troops home, let them people throw rocks at each other.USofA B$*%#

Allegedly? Are you trying to be funny? Or pandering to the Anti- Israel crowd?
Its is only allegedly, if your in the camp that believes every word Iran says, but says all
other reports are bogus.

Some will say they are justified in sponsoring terrorism.
Some will say they don't sponsor terrorism.
Some will say either of the above depending on the topic and the audience.

Regardless of your views on Israel or the US, your a fool to deny Iran is a player in global terrorism. FACT!

Where are those facts you speak of? Last I heard they have not been in a fight outside of their land for around 200 years...

Now the US on the other hand can't stop from being in war off their land... FACT (no need to post the evidence of the common knowledge)

I will use an old toy from my childhood to describe the US... Destructor - Decepticon - A bunch of pieces (UN nations) form together to rein terror on other's lands...

There is a major Saudi Arabian pipe line that does by pass the Strait of Hormuz.
And you know if Iran does close the straits they will target this pipe line for sabotage.

You never know with Iran this story may be a subtle warning to the Saudis and the rest of the world that Iran knows it could close this pipeline along with the Strait of Hormuz

Don't worry folks, Canada is loaded with oil! It will take a lot more to bring down the west's economy than a pipeline bombing in Saudia Arabia. The US should consider investing more before China buys up all of their oil sands!

Iran can target every single oil refinery in the middle east to effectively retaliate against a military strike on its country, that will surely see gasoline going to up 20 dollars a gallon for sure. If just one pipeline was in indication of the bump of gas prices, imagine hundreds or refineries being targeted.

why does iran have the right to target these pipelines, you realize that not only will that mess up the US economy more but also the world economy

Let me start off by saying that I support Ron Paul wholeheartedly.
A Republican form of government in the mid-east would indeed be a pipe dream as apposed to a Democratic form which is unsustainable over the long run.
Gold or Silver standard would work very well, ending the Fed is a given.
Getting rid of PACs and Corporate Entities that are treated like "Real People" would also help tremendously.

That being said, "them people" would NOT be throwing ROCKS at each other, it would be missiles, and before long they would be throwing them at us as well for various reasons.
We may be able to defend against the missiles coming our way but there is absolutely nothing we can do about the fall out from thier nuclear weapons in the atmosphere.
Hypothetically speaking, If we were to stop policing the world who do you think would step up to the position? Or do you think they would police themselves?
I'm thinking China would walk in and take over the mid-east.
