heres another source with pictures

Sounds like an internal matter trying to get the attention of the US to push for reform.
Also
"Security forces have killed two protesters in Awamiya, Eastern Saudi Arabia. They are launching a series of arrests and raids on houses, schools and mosques. The government is dealing with the situation Saudi-style: a government newspaper columnist threatened the protesting residents with ethnic cleansing, while the Mufti cited a verse on crucifixion when discussing the proper punishment.
This is Awamiya this evening, protesters have blocked the Police road after arrests in the town."

I really wouldnt fancy being a Shiite in Saudi this evening

Oil price is down about 10 cents, and the market should close in 2 minutes, so few people know if this is true. If it was futures should be jumping (they will in the morning).

What would that mean for Greece in the short term? Would it mean game over?

Iranian press tv are still stirring this up ??

Crude hits 10-month high after Saudi pipelines blast

Oil prices have soared to their highest level in the past ten months following reports of an explosion of pipelines in Saudi Arabia’s oil-rich Eastern Province.

Brent North Sea crude is trading at nearly $ 127 per barrel while West Texas Intermediate is trading above $ 109 a barrel.

I don't know, my background/education is more political/military/security than economics/finance.

However; if it's the pipeline that is pumping out alot of the export crude to Europe, it can't be good for European gas prices, which I would think could accelerate the problems in Greece if the price is high enough.

Anyone see anything in Western Media Yet?

Didn't read the whole article, but that said, "pipeline fire"....which I would think would be less of a disruption then a "blast". I'll have to go read or check the news tonight.

So, has anyone confirmed yet whether or not there was or was not an explosion, in either Egypt or Saudi????

Or has postulated, is this just a "profit enducing rumor"?

Looks like the Saudi one is false but from what I've seen the Egypt blast is real, at least it is being reported as real right now.

the whole iran can do no wrong attitude is because the US and EU are getting ready to possibly go to war with Iran and from what i have read people on here, not all ATSers i must say believe that this is going to be another useless US war with a country who has committed no crimes or has done nothing that will harm global prosperiety.

i for one think that it is not that far fetched that Iran could have done this, they don't know who did so the finger pointing will begin and the #1 suspect will be Iran

im not defending or attacking iran at all, all im saying is its not that far fetched
