Obama's hidden birth certificate now exposed

My point is no one cares.....the constitution is irrelevant.....we are now the United Socialist States of America.

Why doesn't anyone just speak the truth?

It is clear you didn't read my post on the meaning of the 14 th amendment.

A person who is naturally gifted as an artist - we call them a 'natural born artist' - the talent was there from birth.

A person who taught themselves math or has a natural aptitude for it - we say they are a 'natural born genius' - their skills were there from birth.

A person who is automatically granted citizenship by virtue of being born in this land - is a 'natural born citizen' - all the rights and laws apply to them from birth.

If Arnold Schwarzenegger had been born in America, even if his parents were from Austria, he would be a natural born citizen. Anchor babies are natural born citizens.

In 1866, Senator Jacob Howard clearly spelled out the intent of the 14th Amendment by writing:

"Every person born within the limits of the United States, and subject to their jurisdiction, is by virtue of natural law and national law a citizen of the United States. This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers accredited to the Government of the United States, but will include every other class of persons. It settles the great question of citizenship and removes all doubt as to what persons are or are not citizens of the United States. This has long been a great desideratum in the jurisprudence and legislation of this country."

The constitution included those that were alive at the time of the signing....all you have to do is read it.

Here is a thought.
Since this was already exposed on ATS 3 years ago, you close it as a duplicate or move it to HOAX where it belongs. Then you would not have any of these problems. I do not understand why ATS lets a second thread on a 3 year old HOAX go on for but moderates it. That makes no sense.

You'll notice that the thread is in the Hoax forum. It was moved to the Hoax forum very early in the thread's existence.

We wouldn't have "these problems" if members simply played nice.
