Has Anyone Had More Than One Type of Paranormal Experience?

This may be a little off topic, but I had a very strange dream today...

I was in a car with my sister, and a friend (I was driving). We were sitting in a store parking lot. I decided to get out and stretch my legs while my sister went into the store.
I was standing there looking up in the sky, and I found the Pleiades. I said to my friend, "Hey, look! There's the Pleiades. I've been trying to find them for several nights." Just then there was a huge UFO flashing in the tree tops.
I shouted for my friend to get out of the car and look at this!

As we were standing there this big, round, dome-shaped UFO came across the sky just above the roof top of the building where we were standing with a jet fighter on its tail. It was bigger than a house, and had the red, green, and yellow lights flashing around the middle. It wasn't metallic, but appeared to be a pale, almost yellow/tan color. It was going all over the place in the sky to avoid the jet's attack

Then I saw several more smaller lights in the sky, which turned out to be more UFOs, coming to this UFOs aid.
My sister was freaking out, but I told her not to be scared, they wouldn't hurt us.

I knew we were about to witness a battle in the sky, and I didn't want to be there. So we pulled out of the parking lot, drove down a country road, and ended up parked beside the road somewhere with other people watching the air show.
I woke up then.

That's about all I remember of that dream, except I have been to this area in my dreams before, several times, but it isn't a place I have been in real life.

It was really neat (showing my age) to dream about UFOs. I haven't had a dream like that in many, many years!
And I also wonder if this place in my dreams is somewhere I'll be in the future, or was I there in a past life?

I realized the other night that i am blocking something out, due to fear. So i will go into that last.

First story up are my eye glasses:

I buy really cheap eyeglasses for reading. The deal is you get an eye exam and then pick out two frames. Really cheap glasses and they dont last at all. Both ended up breaking. Go back to the store, get another pair, they lasted a week or two, cant remember.

One night i walk out into the street look down and right there at the curb was the most beautiful glasses i have ever seen. I am wearing them right now. Thing is they make me see perfectly, they are reading glasses but i can even wear them for distance. So basically i can see for reading and idk...i dont see much difference if i look far away. I thought that was weird. How can these glasses i find work better than the ones i had fitted from an eye doctor? There are two small diamonds on the frames, 2 per side, so i tried covering them with black marker but the diamonds keep coming back. Marker rubs right off. Plus i dont get headaches like the other glasses or blurry vision. Being that my right eye is weaker than my left i just thought - what are the chances someone having the same exact vision as me?

Second event:

I was watching t.v and it was the "chiller" channel. There was a show with Lou Diamond Philips where they take his brain and put it into a robot like super soldier, there is more to it but that is the gist of it. When it came time for a line of dialogue from the female, who plays Lous wife, and i said her line word for word before she did. It was fairly long and not obvious, i thought - well that was strange.

THEN, it hit me and within a few seconds this memory came back to me. I have been blocking something out for years. Basically, i would stand at the top of a basement and hear voices, see some movement like shapes, if i closed the door i would walk into my apartment and go back out the door would be open. Well they could not be humans because they just appear. The problem is i cannot remember specifics due to it being so traumatic - repressed memory that came back during that t.v show right after i said this womans line. Funny thing is i was born in this house (dont live there presently) then left for four years and went back. After i went back (my family owned the house) i had the NDE (i described in this thread, i believe) where the white bird, standing on my fire escape looking at me with piercing eyes told me - "If you want to live, just get up" - This was conveyed telepathically and happened 20 years ago or so but i remember it like it was yesterday. That is something i know happened. Around that time i also had some bad sleep paralysis.

For example: Laying there in paralysis and hearing the blinds on my window rattling. First slowly then faster. It was unnerving, like someone standing there purposely rattling the blinds to see what i would do. That is what i thought at the time. Could be just sleep paralysis though.

Thats all i remember, i wish i could remember more. It was weird because i never knew i had this repressed memory until the other night.

Someone out there is looking out for you! Maybe they made the glasses just for you and put them where you would find them. LOL Awesome!

I tried to cover the diamonds with permanent marker but they keep coming back. Wouldn't be worth it for someone to try and steal them from me because they only work for me and these glasses need to be found to work by the person who picks them up.

I hope no one recognizes them, but if they did i would have to return them. First they would need to tell me the exact location i found them.

Very interesting. I would thank my "spirit helpers" and pray no one recognizes them. But somehow I get the feeling you won't have to worry about that.

I work at a prison. And, yes, there is usually always something weird going on there.

Do you have any stories from your mom you can share?

I have enjoyed reading your posts, Malcher, (and all the other members too).

I've been reading a lot about sleep paralysis in threads on ATS. I don't think I have ever experienced it, but it sounds like a very scary experience for everyone who does.
I wonder what happens in the brain to make the experience always so scary? This is odd that everyone has such evil, terrifying visions, or whatever.

I wonder if people are in a mental state that allows bad spirits to communicate with them, so they seize the moment?

Anyhow, I'm happy to see people are continuing to share their stories.

I'm sorry I didn't even noticed you asked that! Well I certainly love the abduction stories because of the visualization you can get. So crazy. But all of the quantum jumping stories were incredible. Your story in particular was just awesome.

I've always wondered about the whole drug thing though. There was a conversation I remember that was early on in the thread. About a writer. But, I always thought that maybe those hallucinations of people were spirits messing with them. Like the drugs opened a new doorway. I don't know.

But to get back to your question I could not pick a favorite post. They are all special and different, haha I really couldn't choose.

Well, they are all fascinating, but the one about Timical being visited by the devil at work has always stood out with me. I think that would traumatize me for life!

And the one about the woman who saw electric figures walking through her back yard...

Also, the ones from Alfred2012 communicating with ETs, and spirits was pretty awesome too.

And then there was one by a member who seemed to be possessed by an ET that other people could see.

I don't know... Now that I think about it, there are too many good ones to pick just one.

They are all quite amazing!

Well, Sled, I have to say your post about the setting in your ring being lost, and then reappearing in front of your eyes in thin air was one that captured my attention. I thought about that for days after reading it! That's almost unbelievable... but I DO believe you.

Even though that one stood out for me, I was equally impressed with all the member's stories. To pick a favorite would be very hard, indeed!

I am rather proud of this being my first thread after joining ATS.

So, once again, I went to bed this morning around 8 a.m., and after getting under the cover and just starting to relax, my chest of drawers makes a popping noise!

It sounded like, if you held up a plastic cup (like the ones to take on picnics), and flipped it hard on the side with your fingernail.

I don't have any plastic containers on my chest, so I don't know what that could have been.

My cat looked over there, but she was more interested in staring at the ceiling, hearing the rainwater running through the gutter. (It has rained for 24 hours straight here, and still raining.)

I did get that weird feeling that "something" was there, but I chose to ignore it and go to sleep.

I wonder sometimes if someone is dropping in for a visit during remote viewing?
I don't think I like that idea too much. I don't like people spying on me without my knowledge, or approval.

Another experience this morning...

I had just closed my eyes after going to bed, and maybe 1 minute later I began hearing a very high-pitched ringing in my ears. Then I started seeing black floating figures swirling very slowly around my closed eyes. I could tell this was something I was seeing with my third eye. I could "feel" it centered there.

Anyway, these black figures kept floating around in front of me. As they passed around each other I could see a very bright white light in the distance. It was coming closer, and getting brighter.
It was at this time my throat started tickling, and I had to cough. This made the vision leave.

So I closed my eyes again and relaxed, and the figures came back, with the bright light in the distance.
This time it lasted long enough for me to see a purple figure behind the black ones... and then a bright green one joined in where the purple one was... and then a blue one.
By the time the blue figure/mist joined, the black ones had disappeared.
I thought 'WOW! I'm finally getting my third eye activated again! Maybe they will take me on an astral journey!'
Then it left me.
I tried to concentrate to get it back, but all I saw after that was my black eyelids. So I went to sleep.

I've seen several threads on ATS where people have seen these blue beings, or a blue mist/hue. They seem to be friendly, from what people have posted. I don't know about the purple and green ones. I don't think I've read anything about them.

Anyone have any info on them, or had a similar experience?

That sounds like you were about to have an OBE, Sled. Too bad it stopped. Maybe things will continue to progress.

I've heard that ringing in my ears. It seems to be there all the time, but it is more noticeable when it's quite. I think if I paid attention to it, it would drive me nuts!
Since I hear it most of the time, I am inclined to think it is Tinnitus. Although I've read people do sometimes hear this ringing in the ears before having a OBE; something concerning the third eye opening up.

Actually, I hadn't paid any attention to it until you asked. I do hear a very faint, high-pitched sound right now. Maybe this ringing has always been there, and like your text said, I only noticed it because it was quite.
