I know it is rueters so if anyone has any other sources please share them, I have tried my best to collect as many sources that I could find.

it is Interesting how the only sources available at the moment are Isreali press, and Rueters. Makes me wonder if Israel is combining false flag attacks on it's own citizens as we have seen in recent news with propaganda fuelled by the press. Would be well worth watching how this story develops and if any other more reliable and non-biased news sources cover the event.

EDIT: BBC is now covering the event, source link is at the bottom.

The Lebanese man has been charged with possession of explosive material and prosecutors said further charges could follow next week.

so in actuality.. he's Lebanese, not Iranian. Love how they put that at the very end of the article

EDIT: my bad

Nope, that Lebanese guy was something different added in at the end.

However this story just reeks of BS. I feel like I had to dumb down my IQ just to comprehend it. First, this "thought to be Iranian" threw a bomb at a taxi. What was the point of that?

Lol ya.. the article is difficult to comprehend, the guy they are describing sounds completely irrational and unprofessional. I generally trust reuters, but knowing they are owned by TPTB... I sorta don't..

Reading this news is pure entertainment.

So, first there were explosions in his apartment.
Then he runs off and "throws" a bomb at the taxi. Then going further he tries to "throw" another bomb.

Exactly how does one "throw" bombs? Tossing them like apples?

Were these grenades or bombs? You cannot "throw" bombs, just grenades.

And if they were grenades, why are they not saying so.

Frankly the whole story does not make any sense at all.

Probably a slightly persian looking firework salesman with a dodgy batch who had a rather unfortunate accident involving a kerb, a ciggarette and a taxi.

Yeah just read a new story about iran losing internet connectivity and I was wondering if either a)it didn't happen and is just a ploy to show that Iran is being mean to it's people or b) it was TPTB sponsored hackers testing out a new program just like the one hitting their nuclear stations which would take down the internet of a country. Because lets be honest, if that could be scaled up it's equivalent to a killswitch and yesterday I lost internet for an hour and I freaked out because I couldn't communicate with the outside world like I WOULD NOT KNOW whaaat was going on and it'd be hard to coordinate a resistance.

because its a touristy destination and would make for a newsworthy story in all the western countries from which people visit. so this may be an attempt to paint the boogeyman in poor light and build anti iran sentiment

Nothing was mentioned about possible targets.

False-Flag reporting.

Frankly,it sounds triple stupid to be an Iranian agent attack thingy:
1) Throwing bomb at taxi driver that refused to take him. What? Shouldn't secret agent try to get as little attention as possible and NOT attempt to kill random civilians with loud weapons, even civilians that refuse to take the guy on Taxi ride?
2) Throwing bomb at police in the way that manages to tear the legs of the thrower. Not very professional of him, frankly.
3) Carrying passport of Iran while being an Iranian agent armed with several bombs is not the smartest thing to do. Actually it is very stupid thing to do.
So my opinion:
Either Iran is getting rid of its dumbest agents before the big war or it is not member of Iranian secret services.
Of course we do not know all the facts, but even if it has something to do with current Iran-Israel confrontation it is some untrained guy caught in the middle of it all. Maybe being paid to keep the apartment and get few bombs there and police was on him so he panicked and ctr. Or it has nothing to do with Israel-Iran and it is some criminal or lunatic.
Only assumptions of course.

Makes me wonder if they are recruiting from insane asylums.

They drug somebody up and fill them with hype about being a special 007 agent.

Nothing like using a real mental case to prove a point !!

Next we will be told his Iranian passport was hidden in his sock on the leg that got blown off and yet the passport miraculously survived undamaged!! I think Israel or whoever is pushing this war effort is really trying to hit a tipping point.

Majority of the sources are Israeli, but BBC is also covering the event which is government owned.

I was about to post about this when I noticed your thread.

If you want an additional source, IndiaTv is giving a fair coverage to this, since they think the attacks yesterday and of today are related, somehow.

Syed Morabi, said to be from Iran, was believed to have bombed his rented house in Ekamai area of central Bangkok and then blasted a taxi when the driver refused to accept him. When the police tried to move in and arrest him, he threw another bomb that came back to him after hitting a tree.

Iranian Carries Out Three Blasts In Bangkok

Now, after reading all this, I only have one doubt...

...why is Iran attacking countries that aren't a direct threat to them? India for instance is their current main importer of oil.

I don't get it.

I don't think "Iran is bombing" anyone. Someone sure wants it to look that way though
