I think it will get like this in the US.
It's a different problem,a different culture.
Think about it, they raised the debt limit and aren't taking any serious cuts.
Difficult to make an improvement without real economic growth.
The Congress and House need to do a Kaizen.

Seems more a psychological damage to subdue people with gaps when you can find other ways.
