I admit, I am not really all that bothered by her death. Does that make me a bad person? Don't get me wrong. I am saddened for those who were close to her. I just am not that bothered on a personal level by her death. And I do humbly apologize if that is offensive to anyone...

her publicist did not say how or where. Typical AP article, circulated around the globe, only answering the question WHO and a vague WHAT.

The news about her being dead is from today.

I am shocked and sad. She was a beautiful and talented woman. Such a waste to have died as she did.

So we have reports of her death, and a report from her publicist denying it .. not sure what to believe

really kinda odd if you ask me, ALL of the links to news companies are reporting this.. but, they seem to all be reporting it the same exact way .. nothing original .. like someone posted it and they ALL just copied & pasted from there..

but the cause and the location of her death were unknown.

This is sad news.

I was only reading about her in a news article yesterday, which wasn't particularly interesting..Just her coming out of a club looking a little worse for wear..

Damn, my grandma just called and told me this. And she mentioned that there's been like or 6 or 7 famous black people that have died so early into the year, I agree.

Why am I not shocked by this............also now all them wannabe's on American Idol will 4 sure be singing her songs as a narrative so the producers can pull on the heart strings of the sheeple watching on the TV. She had an amazing voice back in the day before them pesky drugs took over.
