Who actually works? Are you serious here...I mean war isn't working, it's destruction and counter-productive. They make the elite stronger and divide men for the wrong reasons. It's disgusting and joining them isn't a matter of honor at all, it's a matter of making money while being disillusioned that it is for the good.

Our corrupted leaders are the main problem but people joining in the wars are also part of the problem.

Although welfare isn't a perfect way to spend a life, at least they spend that money back in the system and keep the remaining jobs rolling.

I would rather have a gay son then seeing him join the army.

Excuse me, but isn't it time we put aside petty squabbling about political issues that are contrived to divide and conquer? We have a real problem here, folks, and it's coming at us from all sides, but mostly from way over our heads, farther than we are supposed to be able to see. I speak of the heal of tyranny that is descending on America (and the world) as you guys spit vile at each other over petty issues that can never be solved in this fashion. There's a time looming straight ahead when we will either live on our knees or die on our feet, right here in America. Personally I'd really rather not see it come down to that.

So please, focus on what's important!!! Learn to read the hidden clues. This is the real test of your spirit and soul. Stop the hating and ponder the best ways to propagate peaceful coexistence. Figure out who the real culprits that keep mankind in turmoil for their own personal gain are, and lets chase them back to the hell from which their ideas and actions spring. It's frickin' time to straighten this stuff out, or die trying. The people that wrote our Constitution were well versed in these bigger issues, and they gave us the tools to fight the forces of tyranny. Let's use them before it's too late.

You think a couple more parties will solve the problem? My guess is those parties will be just as corrupt. The problem is the system itself which breeds corruption, not how many parties there are or who you vote for. There is only one way to vote that really counts, and that is with the dollars you spend. I use that vote by not supporting billion dollar multinational corporations which run any politician you vote for hoping they help you out. Politicians dont control the american government anyway, corporations do.

I dont think i am better than anyone else, I just like to spread the word about issues and problems that should really matter to the citizens of the country. Like endless war for profit, globalism, the central and world banks and mass political corruption. You seem to like to talk about the same partisan talking points and trivial issues that distract the majority of the population away from the real issues i discussed above. Like OWS and how those free thinking hippies do nothing and just complain about everything or how liberals are destroying the country.

All i can do is inform people about these severe problems until there is a major economic collapse and we start over with hopefully a new kind of system minus the "profits at all costs" mentality. It doesnt work and never has. It is why our economy is in the crapper. I dont claim to have the solutions to the problems we face, but i know what doesnt work, and voting for new politicians every 4 years with the hope they will work for and represent us absolutely doesnt work.

I didnt realize that being a free thinking individual free of labels was a bad thing. I thought it was a good thing to look at every side and opinion and make a decision for myself as opposed to doing what some news anchor or politician tells me to do. Maybe i should just take your advice and vote every 4 years for the lesser of 2 evils and pretend that everything will be ok while the country slowly circles the drain.

I would rather my tax dollars go to schools and infrastructure. There are more than two choices.

To be honest, I hardly even know what being conservative means. The conservatives themselves won't tell me. They're too busy calling other people names.

Well based on how bad the VA hospitals are, they don't have that much of an advantage over civilians.

But yeah. It's too bad that the U.S economy depended heavily on unneeded wars (Korea, Vietnam, Iraq, Iraq Pt.2, Afghanistan) instead of promoting peace through industry.

The military would be # if it weren't for the tax dollars of the people.
