I cannot promise its going to occur today, or next week for that matter.
I'm sorry, but do you not have better things to be doing with your time, other than harrassing me for a picture of myself? Do you want to see what I look like THAT bad? I can assure you, there's not much to look at.

I understand what you're saying, and I didnt mean to post a resume so to speak. I just wanted to tell people a little about myself, and hopefully find people who may have similar experiences, or similar backgrounds.
I fully expected to garner some attention, I'm not shocked that most have a hard time picturing an old man willingly joining a website such as this. I also planned on elaborating on all the things I briefly summarized, however I would like to take the time to do it right, and give details as best I remember them.
I give my word that I will elaborate on the more interesting accounts, and will do so in due time. I also have finally given in to my family's request to have me sit and speak about my life while they video tape me. They want to be able to share some of the interesting things I've experienced with family after I'm gone.
At this time I have not made the decision to post these videos on here. If I do, I will require help from my grandkids. I dont even know where to start.
I'm hoping that would be proof enough for people to finally get past this intro phase?
Do all members of this website have to go through a hazing period? Are all members required to post pictures of themselves? Have you posted yours? The whole point of creating an alias is to remain anonymous, sort of. I have given enough details already that if someone really wanted to track me down I have no doubt they could.
To the other poster who questioned the sale price of my first automobile, I believe you'll find the original cost of a Model T was somewhere around $200 and that was brand new. Is $50 unbelievable?

It is getting a bit testy in here!
All members need to remember Courtesy is Mandatory.
We are a skeptical community, and that is fine, and appreciated. We are also a community that has seen a million attempted hoaxes, so that is also understandable. However, all posts should be courteous, and on-topic.
It is unacceptable to demand personal information or identifiers from anyone for any reason while on ATS. Keep that in mind. It is also off-topic to discuss other ATSers instead of the subject at hand.
While there is plenty of reason for healthy skepticism in this case, we still need to maintain courtesy and decorum in all of our dealings.
Further ill-mannered posts will be removed and warnings issued.

I had many friends that were Freemasons. And heck I joined the local Elks Lodge, and was talked into being a Shriner. These are groups similar to Freemasonry, with less secrecy I suppose, leading people to have less interest in making accusations of dubious activities.

I have shook hands with men you have read about in your history books, and worked on projects that would blow your mind even by todays standards. I have first hand experience, working on black ops that are so compartmentalized, you dont even know how many floors there are in the building you work in, you scan your ID and it just takes you to your floor. I have spent thousands of hours flying, and have personally experienced things that I believe to have been hundreds of times more advanced than the things we were working on, and thats being conservative. I have never seen an "alien" per se, but I have certainly seen objects both in the air, and on the ground, that to me looked "otherworldly."
- you have absolutely grabbed everyone's attention. Most of us would genuinely like to hear more about that, but instead we get accused of attacking you...I have never understood how people can be so exceedingly thin-skinned that their delicate little feelings get hurt just because people want you to discuss a claim you yourself made in a little bit more detail.

I am not joining this site to sound off as some purported expert of any kind, nor am I seeking any reward or attention. Knowing that this road I'm on will soon be coming to an end, I would love to finally share what I know, what I have seen, and engage in intelligent discussions on topics you cant exactly bring up with your neighbor Joe.

TO THE NEGATIVE SKEPTICS:
The way I see it, what's the real harm in being fooled? "Haha, a bunch of weirdos on a forum were tricked into believing someone who wasn't true!" Funny sure. Painful? Maybe. Does it mean anything? NO.
Fighting over "the truth" this early is silly and misguided. The harm of estranging someone who actually want's to share information is a real problem. Battle of truth is a hurtful thing, even if done politely. And it needs to wait. So, if there's something negative and doubtfully to say, yes it's important, but it doesn't matter until there is something of substance to inquire and debate about. So let's save it; not poison the good will; and let the guy get his papers together. He's only had a few hours
