Jesus was believed to Be possessed by a Demon. Both by the Jewish authorities. But also by his own disbelieving family as well. (Which leads credence to his "Egyptian sorceror" charge. )

(Note: The Jews had the"Messiah" defined by Thier laws. And any "Messiah" that acted outside thier laws. Was a False prophet.)

For The non Believing Jews, Jesus was Son of a Roman Soldier. That attempted to lead a Jewish rebellion agianst Rome.

He was Captured, Tryed By the Jews. No one spoke on his behalf. And then he was hanged.

Well in sense he was hanged. He was suspended in the air. He was hung on a cross but not a noose.
