(Reuters) - A federal appeals court sanctioned two California lawyers on Thursday over a lawsuit they filed, dismissed as frivolous, that accused former officials in the Bush administration of allowing the September 11 Pentagon attack to occur as part of a broad conspiracy.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit ordered the two lawyers to pay $15,000 total in sanctions in addition to double an unspecified amount the government spent defending the case.
U.S. District Judge Denny Chin dismissed the case in 2010, ruling that the complaint was frivolous and a product of "cynical delusion and fantasy."
One of the things they taught us was "Don't piss off the judge."
Turning to the question of whether sanctions are appropriate against Gallop's attorneys, the record before us reflects that this team of lawyers “multiplie [d] the proceedings in [this] case unreasonably and vexatiously,” 28 U.S.C. § 1927 (“ § 1927”); see also Fed. R.App. P. 38 (“Rule 38”) (providing for sanctions where a court of appeals “determines that an appeal is frivolous”). See generally Gallop II, 645 F.3d at 520–22; Gallop I, 642 F.3d at 364–71; Appellants' Mem. Response. The record also reflects that Gallop's attorneys repeatedly and in bad faith accused the Court of bias, malice, and general impropriety. See, e.g., Appellants' Mem. Response at 7, 9, 17–18.

Dave belongs here. Always knows everything, not a bit of doubt, loaded with information to protect OS.
Just imagine for the moment, that everyone on ATS agreed that the OS is a lie. A newcomer may think that it is already a well established fact. This situation is not acceptable. The 9/11 debates will go forever. They cannot even stop, because some people have doubts anyway and may want to research more. Somebody has to mislead them, not only defending OS, but also providing debunkable conspiracy theories.

Your right Dave, nothing you can say will change our minds.
We are a lost cause.

Dave, you may want to re-think your 'signature', because beside being responsible for the murder of Vince Foster, slick Willy also uttered the memorable words "I did not have sexual relations with that woman, ever!", and "That depends on what the definition of is, is." The whole system is corrupt and this why people like you who defend it, make me ill.

To compare Clinton to George Washington is disgraceful, but wait, everything you say is disgraceful, so I guess my original assumption was correct. Keep it. It just helps others realise who you represent.
