I do not believe that Kenyan was his biological father at all. Obama shows absolutely no physical characteristics of that man and his skin is too fair even though he may have been born of a caucasian mother.

None of that matters, as I said, smoke and mirrors. Naturally Born is the only question that stands at issue.

That is the basis for this case and the reason this judge did not dismiss the case.

Nothing else matters, and never has.

Yeah but it sounds good from the podium. They already came out and asked the attorneys back for a pre-trial conference.

As for the people there, I am sure a lot of media, bloggers and others that have been following this for a long time.

They have gone back for pretrial conference, no attorneys for Obama there.

Essentially, they could win by defualt and Obama will not be on the ballot.

Other things can happen, and it remains top be seen, so stay tuned, it could be interesting.

A. Don't care about the college thing .

B. Yes the sound is wonky.

C. Not a blip on media.

He may be asking questions, telling them guidelines to follow with regards to sticking to the subject, etc.

They are still allowed testimony, and with regards to the letters in the OP, they were told they could send in any materials they felt relevant, however they were warned to not respond at their own peril.

All should come clear soon.

This is essentially arraignment so there are many defendants in court. Dont think obumer has any representation there. If a normal person doesnt show up here to enter a plea they are usually charged with failure to appear and sometimes default judgement occurs, we shall see what happens with the king

Thanks! I was a bit surprised it was on Fox 5 News at all.

I did see one face I recognized, the guy with the suit with the full white beard and white hair standing in the middle of the room and seated on the left was Phil Berg, the democrat that brought the first suit against Obama. Somewhat suprised he came.

Judge is IN!

ETA: Not Phil Berg, thats the guy bringing the suit, David Wheldon. Ooopsie!
