I fully agree, I did not want to word it as such because so many do not understand what Capitolism has done to us and our world.

The brainwashing by the machine has been thorough and it will take who knows what to get the blind to finally open there eyes and see that we have all been duped.

Christ's church IS a force of hell. Pretty sure Mr. Christ himself would back me up on that one.

its not about a bible or a cross so much as basically ransacking a church when instead they could go to books-a-million and buy a bible, and buy a cross form somewhere else and accomplish the same thing. oh wait, forget books-a-million, thats corporate America.. so yeah, they were right in vandalizing a church to get these things.

You know that reminds me of what some communists did to Tibetan temples. And what they did to orthodox churches.

This is the same thing they did in the 60's put a couple their people on the inside to make trouble and turn public opinion against the movement. Logically this story doesn't make sense unless you buy into the whole idea they are all just drugged up hippies just like those trouble makers back in the 60's. Same story different day. We never learn.

Enjoy your enslavement!

Better to urinate on a cross than on another person at least.

They were throwing urine on people in October. I see this as a step up.

If we can use the "screwed up times make people do screwed up things" rationalization to smooth over solders urinating on dead bodies why doesn't it apply to these people. Not saying either is right just pointing out how easy it is to find yourself on a slippery slope when you try and rationalize irrational acts.

I find it hard to be critical of someone willing to be away from their home and loved ones, out in the elements, afraid they may come to harm or be killed in order to do something they believe is right and just. See this applies to both the protesters and the servicemen serving our country. See what I mean it's a slippery slope. War and thats what it boils down to is ugly. So lets not be ugly.

On a serious note, who cares? Really, if you're all bent out of shape about the bible being treated like this, you need a reality check. This "holy book" has been rewritten more times than I have wrote out my nam

Yet when muslims kill people because their quran is violated, the very same people making statements like you just did, make excuses for them......and how we should be more tolerant

I love hypocrisy

In the United States, we have the "freedom" to follow which ever religion we would like. If a different country has different views or is ran differently, it is not my place to question such things. I make no excuses for barbaric treatment of humanity, I despise it, but living in this nation, the most detrimental source of tyranny in the world (to foreign countries whom don't agree to follow our corporate agenda), I find it hard to judge a different country on how they treat their people, when our government is out ransacking and obliterating civilian neighborhoods in the same countries, in the name of big profit.

You can call it hypocrisy, I call it "not my business."

I fail to see the relevance of this, I was making a statement in regards to the fact the OP stereotyped a large group due to the actions of a few, in regards to "bibles and desecrating churches," When the same people he is defending has been a source of oppression and murder (far worse crimes than what is being complained about).

Don't take me too seriously, I mean no offense, just stating.

Who else thinks this will be the protest to end all protest, and not in good way, One bad protest spoils the rest.

Why do we do this to each other? Why do we marginalize and degrade each other?

Dear Mr. Globalist bankster would-be despot overlord,

You don't have to bother dividing and conquering the American people. We willingly divide and conquer each other every day.

Sincerely yours,

The 99% who all hate each other

FOX news there's one problem. I would have to see a report of this happening from a real news source to see if it really happened or not.

The tea party is entirely made up of racists and is run by the KKK.

If you could back that up with any kind of evidence whatsoever. I am guessing that you can't.

And it is well known who was behind OWS. I wouldn't go so far as calling them racist though.

I personally havent been to an OWS gathering, but have two family members, from completely opposite sides of the family who have, They said it was awkward, and full of weirdo's. I think OWS is now defunk, and while it may have started legit, with real and good meaning people, what is left has been taken over by folks living on the fringe. OWS deserves a good burial, and it should change its name to WOR. Weirdos occupy randomly.

This is just wrong in so many ways. It's clear that OWS only cares for themselves

If you really want to know what is going on the best thing to do would to go down and spend a few days with them. I did that and i was really surprised at all the nice people i met.

The occupy movement once again is hitting the public eye, and this time in a bad light.
While protesting is a time honored tradition, it can not be stated enough that when they start to cross the line on public decency and move to be violent, that it no longer gains the support of the public, and that includes the fringe elements of the movement. This being more true for any protest and movement.

While in any movement there will always be the fringe, the radicals that would seek to incite violence and hope that the greater part of the movement would support them, what many fail to see, especially in this modern day of journalism, it tends to have more of a negative affect on the greater and whole, the old saying, a few bad apples will spoil the bunch. And when combined with a leaderless movement, where there is no leader, no one to take accountability for any and all of the actions of the movement, leads to some very bad problems in the long run.

The OWS movement, if they are indeed urinating on religious symbols or even tossing bibles, pretty much are putting nails in their coffin, the public, who they are saying that the represent, will not tolerate such, as it is one of the highest forms of disrespect to everyone, a slap in the face of those who are religious. Most don’t care what you believe in, but there are some lines that should not be crossed. Even in an armed conflict, most countries will avoid attacking a place of worship or a holy site, as it would draw the publics outrage and ire, as it strikes at our very beliefs.

The question is are these groups associated with the OWS, if they are, then they have dammed the entire movement, as the public, even though it is hurting economically, will not tolerate such from happening. While many may not be of the denominations that are mentioned, they do not tolerate the deliberate desecration of such.
