There's a big barrier between Egyptian/Gazan border built by the occupying regime. That barrier continues to exist because Israel demands its existence in response for a peace treaty with Egypt. The barrier was built before the occupying regime withdrew from Gaza.

Let's leave the fact that the borders are controlled by Israel, let's talk about the air, and sea. You talk about the Oslo Accord "treaty", but that "treaty" has not been upheld by the occupying regime, note, the treaty demands an end to what some call "colonial expansion". As you can see, the illegal settlements continue and spreading faster. The Treaty was dead within a decade, because within a decade Israel continued building illegal settlements while demanding the opponents to uphold their side of the bargain.

It is an occupation which you refuse to admit, if American borders, sea and air was controlled by a foreign nation, it would be called an occupation. Sovereignty exists when you control your own airspace, borders and sea, non of which is controlled by the Democratically elected government of Palestine.

And I don't find it surprising that you focus on Gaza, as if Gaza is Palestine, refusing to mention the rest of the occupied territories, and the systematic "colonial expansion".

Everyday , you hear more Palestinians are killed. More Palestinian homes being wrecked.

More Zionist towns are build.

Even some Arab kings like Qatar and Saudi king support them.

It is 21st century and I don't know how many centuries should pass to learn "we are equal".

Yes, on first glance it seems that any group of virtually powerless people who are being "terrorized" by a much more powerful group of people should just give up.

But when we look back in history and we admire those groups who resisted tyranny and fought back even though the odds were agains them.

The US military named its helicopters after Native American tribes that fought back even though they are out-gunned in virtually every case.

As an example when we hear the name Apache applied to a helicopter we think about a proud people who were not going to have their land taken from them and their culture destroyed without a fight.

Likewise - Iroquois, Comanche, Black Hawk, Sioux, Seneca, Chinook, Cheyenne, Lakota, Creek and Kiowa are all names the US military used for helicopters because they represent the names of people who defended themselves when they could have given up.

The baseball team "the Atlanta Braves" take their name from the proud tradadition of Native Americans who fought for justice.
